| Alright, now wouldn't it be great if Link could fly? Well he can...Sort of. To do the following trick you must first do the "Swordless Link" trick. Get on Epona. Travel to an area near something that Link can grapple onto with the Hookshot. The previous trick would allow you to use the Hookshot on Epona. As far as I know you can Do this in Gerudo Valley and Lake Hylia. In Gerudo Valley ride Epona as far as the bridge. Now stop her, then take out the Hookshot. Sometimes it may not let you fire it or just do a click sound, but if you de-equip it and re-equip it to another "C" button it usually works. Shoot at the pole in the Bridge. Now push "Return" then push it again for "Down." When you do this Link will fly off the horse grappled to the pole. You can now move Link anywhere in and out of the area. If you find your way outside of the gaming environment you will be in empty background space where you can drift into the horison and be gone. There is no way to escape from this and you'll have to reset the game. At Lake Hylia you can grapple onto the Scarecrow after you play the Scarecrow's Song and make him appear on top of the Laboratory. You can escape here by getting hit by an enemy. This an elaboration of my awesome Swordless Link trick. |
