02/05/04-
I got up PART 2 today!
PART 1
Book 6 starts off like Book 5. The Dursley's are nicer to Harry than ever before because of Moody's threat. And like in book 5, Harry is constantly listening to the radio (except with the Dursley's consent).
Harry, however, is very much depressed. One: because his Godfather died and two: he will have to stay with the Dursley's the whole summer. Even though this time he understands why, he's still upset.
His pain eases slightly, though, because of his friends. Ron and Hermione send him posts a lot more, and Dobby visits him periodically through his stay. Harry also visits with Mrs. Figg throughout this summer. They become friends because Harry often brings in her groceries from her car.
Right before Harry leaves for Hogwarts with Hermione and Ron he receives his O.W.L.s . They're quite good.
Mrs. Figg packs up her belongings and moves from her house before Harry leaves also. Harry talks to her and she's quite skittish. He wonders where she is going.
Harry then meets up with his friends and takes the train to Hogwarts.
The first part of his year is really uneventful. But it's one of the happiest he's ever had. (Even though his Godfather's death weighs on his heart.) He continues D.A. with more students attending then before.
Also, many more children attend Hogwarts this year. Fear of Voldemort's return leads many more parents to send their kids to Dumbledore for their protection. Harry likes this, but his heart is weighed heavily with fear of Voldemort's inactivity.
Firenze also lets the kids into deeper and deeper secrets of the centaurs. But the Centaurs in the Woods are being incredibly disruptive this year.
This will be the end of Harry's happy times for a VERY long time.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Right before Christmas Break the news explodes. Fudge turns traitor. The whole Ministry is an uproar.
Fudge declares his allegiance to Voldemort and says his secret army of fire-monsters will attack all who resist them. He attacks several wizarding communities in many countries including Britain and France in the attempt to take them over. (He does this on Voldemort's orders.) However, the muggles are still oblivious to anything in any country.
Many students want to rush home to the parents. The train will leave the day after the next. But during this time Hogwarts is invaded by Death Eaters, Centaurs, and Dementors!
The Centaurs had led them there by their hatred for Dumbledore and Firenze.
During this strike many students are killed. Flitwick is also killed in a rush of spells. (He was a master duelist remember!) Firenze is slaughtered by the other Centaurs.
While this is going on, Harry and several other D.A. members try to fight. Several are killed including Cho Chang, who Harry accidentally sends rocks from the ceiling on her. She dodges it, while she does this, she is killed from behind.
The Death Eaters are about to get Harry when Dumbledore, McGonagall, and Hagrid arrive. The three fight bravely, and Dumbledore has his glow again. They destroy many Death Eaters.
Dumbledore tells Harry to run for it! He does. He sprints to the railroad track, which he plans to follow to London. While he does this he sees Dumbledore get covered by Dementors. Harry is captured.
When he wakes up, he is in a Death Eater encampment outside Hogwarts. Harry is buckled to the ground. He watches horrified-ly while Dumbledore is tortured while the death-eaters, and other evil creatures, laugh and sing. When they finally kill Dumbledore, Harry breaks free for some unknown reason and takes off running and crying.
He sprints along the tracks for days. And he believes he's being tracked by death eaters.
Poor Harry gets increasingly hungry and thirsty until he had to run into the woods in search of water and food. He can't find any, and afterwards the young wizard can't find his way back out again. Poor Harry falls over in the brush of the forest, finally out of energy.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
When he wakes up he's in a nice little home with beavers. He greets them and they CAN TALK! They had found Harry in the woods and nourished him with fish and river water. The beavers live over a little tributary stream in a cottage with his wife.
After this, the Beaver goes and introduces Harry to the other inhabitants in the woods. They're all very nice except for a few dwarves. He also meets the Weasley's old car again. After two weeks or so, Harry raises the animals to attack and regain Hogwartz from the villains. Right when their army is about to leave, the dementors led by a death-eater arrive.
An attack ensues and Harry fights this time before being thrown down a cliff along with the death eater, leaving the battle behind.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
When he wakes up at the bottom of the cliff in a new section of the forest, he finds the death eater dead beside him (from the fall). He walks along a waterfall that flowed off the cliff and starts walking down the stream, after he realizes calling for help is useless. An owl arrives out of nowhere, after he loses hope, and gives him a jewel. A note is attached to it that tells him to use the jewel against the evil witch in the forest.
He walks for days, starving, until he arrives at a bowl of delicious fruit next to the stream, and eats to his delight. Because the bowl always refills itself he can eat as much as he wants. However, after awhile, he notices he can't stop devouring the fruit, no matter how much he tries to stop. Harry keeps on eating and eating, when finally an old hag who arrives from the forest tears him from it, and drags him to her cottage deep in the woods. Harry is paralyzed so he can't fight back. Right before she is about to turn him into a pig so she can eat him, she un-paralyzes his mouth and Harry quickly tells her about the jewel he received. The old hag says she's sorry. She didn't know he was a friend of Dumbledore. Harry discovers that the jewel had been sent from Dumbledore, but how? She actually turns out to be pretty nice, and tells him the way through the mountains and back to the train track. She says: Follow the path away from her house but don't leave the trail on any condition, go past the largest stone but plug your ears because beautiful veela reside on the stone and sing in a wonderful voice that lures men to their dooms, DON'T GO IN ANY CAVES!, and go over the mountain path and back to the train track.
Before he leaves she gives him a glimpse into the future using her magic ball. He then starts off.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
He starts off with the food and supplies she gave him, and walks down the path through the forest. Harry starts to see mountains loom over the tree tops. He continues to fallow the path when he runs into a rock that blocks the road. He decides he'll have to journey around the rock through the forest to continue. He does this by always having one hand on the rock, and not venturing into the forest. If he always moves forward against the rock, he should reach the other side of the path. The young wizard does this, but the rock was than it appeared to be and therefore longer. Night falls down on him. During the dark, he gets lost in the forest and gets knocked out on a branch. When he awakes, he is deeply lost in the woods.
He starts to panic because his food is missing. Harry looks around for a day and gets even deeper lost. The next morning he sees trampled brush, and a giant ogre that's making them. He fallows the ogre out of the forest.
Harry continues to fallow the ogre up the mountain because he can't find the path again. When Harry accidentally slips, the Ogre finds him. They have a wand and fist fight, but Harry causes an avalanche on the ogre's head.
Harry finds the ogre's home and restocks his supplies.
He searches and finally finds the path again.
When Harry arrives at the biggest rock, he covers his ears in the ogre's earwax and gets past the veela untouched.
He travels for a day, when it starts to pour down rain. The young wizard has to flea inside a cave to survive and lights a fire. After this, a huge troll walks in the cave and closes the door to the cave Harry is residing in. He only has one eye. Harry and the troll talk. The troll is a cannibal and throws Harry against the wall in a secure spot in the dark. Harry stays there, but knows the troll will be able to see him in the morning light.
He gains an idea during the night. Harry finds a sharp stone in the cave and sneaks over and stabs the troll when he is sleeping in his one eye. The troll screams in agony. In the morning the troll opens the rock in his door and screams because he realizes he's blind. Harry escapes during the raucous. The troll screams for help and a bunch of other trolls come. He tells them what happened.
Harry fleas up the mountain path while the trolls try to track him. He follows the path and finds the train track. The trolls get in a fight and kill each other and the surviving trolls eat the dead. However, this allows Harry to escape from them.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The track is being covered by dementors, so Harry has to go along carefully. When he finally reaches London, the dementors find him and chase him until he reaches a sewer which he goes in. Harry follows the underground sewer until he resurfaces in London city.
He goes through the city in search of The Leaky Cauldron. When he finds it, it's full of Death Eaters. Harry barely escapes without being noticed.
Afterward, he has no other choice but to live in the dark alley-ways with hobos for a few weeks, plus always being afraid of being found.
He evidentially finds Bagman also amongst the bums, hiding from the goblins and his debts. They stick together until one morning, Bagman goes missing.
On the same day Harry is found by a death eater, he is chased through a theatre, along streets, through alleys, and finally to a market, with, at this time, five dementors on his trail. This is where he meets Mad-Eye Moody. Moody tells him to run and he duels with four of them right in front of all the muggles!!! Harry runs through a hotel now being followed by Lucius and the muggle police! They trap him, and blast him full of bullets.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This time when Harry wakes up, he is in a dark danky room. Several death-eaters go in and out, but there's a man that always stays in the shadows, and takes care of him while he is a sleep. Harry is beat several times by various Death Eaters and is constantly being taunted by Wormtail. Apparently, Harry was healed back to health by powerful magic and survived the bullet wounds.
When Harry finally sees the hidden man, he finds that he is Snape. Snape and him form a plan to get him out of there. While Snape is called away one day, Lupin will sneak in and save him. The plan works and they escape. Lupin tells Harry all about Snape's hidden job.
Harry asks what happened to Hogwarts. Lupin tells him the death-eaters had it for a month when a group of woodlanders broke threw the dementor lines and saved the school. Plus, all the students and teachers are now safe. Lupin also tells that Bagman betrayed Harry's hiding spot in London to the death-eaters. Harry also learns some sad news, Moody had died in the duel. Harry goes back to the newly fortified Hogwarts and meets up with Ron and Hermione again, but Dobby was, sadly, taken by the Death Eaters!

PART 2
Harry, Hermione, and Ron all have a great time back together, even though they have to stay in Hogwarts all the time. Hermione is a lot more daring now then what she used to be too, and they have several adventures at night. They're happy to see Hagrid again also, even though there all sad about Dumbledore. One night, while Ron is sick, Hermione gets Harry to sneak away with her to the Hogsmeade cemetery and here's where Harry's adventure starts again...
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
When they're there, Hermione magically transforms into Lucius Malfoy! He had been taking Polyjuice the whole time and poisoning Ron to get them alone! Lucius tries to drag Harry away, but Harry struggles too much to get released. Lucius finally subdues Harry and wrestles with him. Lucius beats Harry up really bad, so that he's bleeding in several places.
Harry eventually can't struggle anymore and lies down waiting for Lucius to manhandle him. Just then Lupin the werewolf charges Lucius. He wrestles him to the ground.
Harry in the meantime, with newfound energy, climbs a tree.
Lupin tears Lucius to the ground, and then tries to bite Harry in the tree. Right when the werewolf almost gets him, Lucius fires a blast that shoots Lupin way into the distance. Then he tears Harry out of the tree and blasts him unconscious.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Harry wakes up in a cage, extremely hungry and thirsty. The cage is in a dark dark room. Harry screams for help! But Lucius just shouts for him to shut up, and he does. He notices he has several open wounds and huddles himself in the corner. Harry sleeps for days and is only fed slop. Flies are everywhere. They constantly land on his wounds and on his face. When he finally notices he is being moved, he is starving. Harry is being taken aboard an airplane. He is shoved in there awhile and flown to a cave surrounded by muggle military. Harry is dragged passed the muggle guards, down a dank light-filled cave hall where Wormtail is guarding, and into a murky cavern where he is chained to the wall and beat by Lucius.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Harry is left in there for days and is regularly beat by Lucius, who constantly reminds him how worthless he is. During this, Lucius tells Harry Voldemort will arrive and see him in a few days. Wormtail also comes in regularly and treats him nicely sometimes, and beats him other times.
One day Lucius comes in and talks to Harry, telling him Voldemort will not be coming, but Lucius will be sending him orders tomorrow.
That night, while Harry is chained against the wall, Lupin visits him! He says he can't break him out right now, because he is chained up with an unlock-able key, but Lupin says he'll wait till Lucius unchains him himself.
The next day Lucius walks in and says he'll get the honor of killing Harry. Just then Lucius breaks in, and Lucius and Remus have a duel. Remus wins, and orders Lucius to unchain Harry. Lucius does, but backstabs them and fires a shot at Lupin. Lupin gets flung against the wall, bleeding.
Lucius grabs Harry and tells him how useless his friends were. Lupin rises again, however, and throws Lucius against a wall in revenge. This causes an avalanche to cave in on Lucius. Nothing to kill him though, just small rocks. It only subdues him for a second. Lupin tells Harry to run. He does. Just then Lucius breaks through the avalanche and, him and Lupin duel again.
Harry runs into Wormtail in the hallway. He fights with him because he won't let him pass.
They wrestle around on the ground. Finally Wormtail pins Harry. He can't decide to kill him or not since Harry saved him. This is a Gollum-esqe arguement. He finally decides on killing Harry when Lupin arrives and blasts him against the wall. Lupin helps Harry up when Wormtail springs from behind and fires the bleeding-from-every-opening-in-the-body curse at Lupin. Lupin flips over and does. Harry charges Pettigrew and starts punching the heck out of him. He almost knocks him out he's so angry when Lupin stops him. He is terribly injured, and quickly explains to Harry how he got in disguised as a carefree dog (like Sirius).
After he's finished Pettigrew tries to flee, Lupin stops him by a spell, and turns him temporarily to his mouse form and freezes him so he can't move. Harry picks mouse Pettigrew and shoves him in his pocket.
Just then a voice resonates through the cave, shouting, "You are surrounded!" It's the muggle army. Lupin tells Harry to leave him, he's too injured. Harry refuses and drags him along with him.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
They reach the opening of the cave. The cave entrance is surrounded by the muggle army with Lucius leading them. Lupin blacks-out next to Harry. Harry is about to be machine-gunned down when Fawkes the phoenix arrives. Harry grabs on holding Lupin, and they fly off on the phoenix's tail. They can't hit them with their guns, so they chase after them in helicopters.
The helicopter chases them through the air while Harry fires shots at it with his wand. He finally hits it and the helicopter explodes, but they get caught in the blast and Fawkes turns back to a chick after he's killed. Fawkes, Harry and Wormtail, and Lupin fall. Harry can't figure out what to do and decides to give up.
Then he remembers 'Accio!' He shouts "Accio broom!" and it comes to him. He grabs Lupin and Fawkes, and they take off and land on 12 Grimauld Place!
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
When Harry arrives in the yard, many of the order come running out and stop him. They take Lupin (who is almost mortally injured) inside the house. Harry wants to go with him, but they stop him. Kingsley grabs him and tells him to go with Tonks to the train station. It's very important that he does.
With baby Fawkes and mouse Pettigrew still with him, he quickly fallows Tonks to the train station. When they get there, Tonks gives Harry his ticket and tells him no matter what to get on the train and go to the last stop on the train. He tells her "fine." She looks almost scared,
In the train station Harry loses Tonks, but gets on the train anyways like she told him to. The train rides smoothly and it appears that frozen mouse Wormtail and baby Fawkes make friends and play. Harry stays on the train for hours until it arrives on its stop.
The train conductor tells him to go to the forest and walk through until it reaches its end.
