Dumbledore faked his own death with Snape as his accomplice in book 6 because Harry needs to face Voldemort alone. Snape is now a "made man" (which was the point) and Dumbledore is free to do whatever he wants behind the scenes- hunt death eaters or research Horcruxes and help Harry in ways he won't find out, etc. I'm not sure how Harry will kill Voldemort but I do know that Dumbledore will be revealed as still alive and Snape will be revealed as "good."

I don't think Harry is going to kill Voldemorte with magic. I don't think he has the power. I think he's going to going to outsmart him in some way. Maybe the fake Horcrux in book 6 gives Harry the idea to use one on Voldemort in book 7. If Voldemort plans on using a Horcrux and Harry already replaced it with a decoy or something ...

The possibilities are endless.

I KNOW what will happen in book seven. It will be kind of a "The Matrix" type ending, in which the hero dies but everything is hunky-dorey. Anyway, here is what I think will happen: BOTH Harry and Voldemort will die. And here is why:

Remember our prophesy? "Either will die at the hands of the other...". It leads you to believe that one will kill the other. BUT NO! I looked up the word 'either' in the dictionary, and it means "one or the other" or "each of two". Also, JK Rowliing responded to rumors about this prophesy saying that "I have worded the prophesy very carefully, and that is all I'm going to say on the matter". Thus, Both Harry and Voldemort will die in book seven.

You watch! I am RIGHT!

I'm waiting for the restraining order from JK Rowling to keep my mouth shut about it any day now! lol

Sirius comes back (cuz he's not dead) and kills Bellatrix, and then Harry kills Voldemort, so he's happy. Then Ron's wand malfunctions and accidentally kills Harry, and yeah, that's the perfect ending.
