| Okay. In an attempt to attract more members and unite us all, I'm going to try this. It will probably be gone by the end of the week. If it works out, you'll have something to do during those long periods of no updates. DIRECTIONS Log in using your member name. No profanity, no sexual references, no cussing. Be polite and respectful.  ORGANIZED CHATS (I can't make every chat...) None schedualed yet... If you would like to organize a chat here or on AOL, MSN, or Yahoo!, contact Atlantis. You will then have to provide extremely detailed directions on how to get to the chat. You will have to pick a time that is good for at least 4 timezones (see TIMEZONES) and a subject. I will have to be notified at least 2 weeks in advance. Note: As I am busy, if you don't get a reply 3 days before the chat, it won't happen. I'll increase payment for re-organization. Payment will be inclued under the PAYMENT heading. I'll also need a complete chat transcript. To do that, you should copy the chat before it closes and paste onto an email that will be sent to me. TIMEZONES AND CALULATING TIMES Chats must encompass 4 time zones. Weekday afternoons are good for a 4 time zone chat. The best chat opertunity would be Weekends. You could get alot of people in on those. All chat times will be posted in Mountain Standard Time (MST). To find out the time the chat will be in your area, go to http://www.convertit.com/Go/PlacesNamed/World_Time/Clock.ASP. Find the city that falls under your timezone. Then look at the Denver time and calculate the time difference. For example, lets say you live in Boston. On the page you look under the New York time, and it says it is 2:20 PM, and 12:20 PM in Denver. There is a -2 hour difference. So if the chat was at 10:00 AM MST, it would be 12:00 PM your time. PAYMENT Organizational Payment: 50-200 knuts for an email containing grammerically correct directions, links, subjects, dates, and times. 50 knuts for 4 TZ range, 100 for wide range of TZs 100 knuts for staying for the entire chat and keeping everyone on task and watched. 100 knuts for a complete transcript Bonuses may be given if the members were excited or enjoyed the chat, or if a lot of people showed up. Subtractions may be taken for a number of reasons that will be supplied to the offender. Member payment: With the transcripts, I know the comings and goings of everyone. For every 5 chats you avidly participate in, you will get 75 knuts. Subtractions may occur. |
