** Western Horse at Halter **
In this class, the emphasis is placed on the horse's conformation, or body structure, and way of going. Faults such as crooked legs, Roman noses, short necks, goose rumps and such are all taken into consideration when the horse is being judged. In western horse at halter, the horse is judged on its ability to preform western events such as western pleasure, roping, reining, cutting and such by means of its conformation. In this day and age, horses with massive muscle structure are still in high demand for this class, but a well put together animal with the mass in the right places will put you over the top anytime.
