Trick: Method
Description:One of the first and most basic grabs. You tuck both feet up the same hieght, then with one hand grab the frame of the skate on the same side as that hand. Pull it tight and you have a method. But if you push your legs backwards, and arch your back during the grab, it will be a Big Method...this just looks better.

Trick: Mute
Description: Probably the next grab you will learn. You pull your knees up to about your chest and grab, with one hand, the toe of the skate opposite of the hand...so left hand would grab right toe, and right hand - left toe. If You pull this back it will be a Big Mute.. these also look better.

Trick: Liu Kang
Description: This is a grab that looks like Liu Kangs fly kick. You kick out with one leg and pull the other foot in like your sitting on it and hold it with the hand that's on the side of the leg kicking out. Try to get your leg horizontal, this looks better.

Trick: Rocket
Description: For this grab you stick both legs out as high as you can, then with one, or two hands you grab the toes of your feet. If you grab the toe of the opposite side as the arm your grabbing it with, it will be a crossed rocket. This trick is mainly a vert move, but some people can do it off a luanch. Its hard to pull your legs up horizontal then land on your feet, off a launch.

Trick: Judo
Description: This grab is like a method except you grab the opposite foot of the hand your using. You kinda have to pull your legs to the side. I guess if you pull it back, it is a Big Judo.

Description: This is like a unity grind in the air, you cross your legs and grab both feet with both hands.

Trick: 180/360/540/720
Description: You should learn spins in the order that they're listed. Once you feel comfortable with one, go for the next. For the 180's and 540's you should learn how to skate backwards first. These tricks can look really stinky, with arms and legs just flying everywhere. Try to tuck and do a grab, this makes them look a lot better. If your'e skating backwards, then do a spin, it's called a fakie spin.

Trick: Flips/Backflips
Description: Iv'e never done these on skates.. so i can't help much...i guess i would suggest learning these on trampolines and diving boards first, imagening your wearing skates...

Trick: Cabalerno
Description: A back flip with a 180 in it so you land going fakie, instead of forward. I guess learn on a trampoline first.

Description: A front flip with a 180 in it... Learn it on the trampoline first...it might be easier than a flip off a luanch, cus it sure feels easier on the trampoline once you learn it.

Trick: Bio 540
Description: You spin TOTALLY HORIZONTALLY then land fakie...by the way, both these moves (misty and bio 540) can have grabs incorperated within them.
add-on by Chris Craddock "to do a Bio 540 throw your arms diagonally down (instead of left to right or right to left) and lean back when spinning."
