| Hello every body this part of my site is dedicated to tips and strategys on building decks first of all you need to pick the primary colors your deck is going to include i suggest using only two because if you pick more your going to have a hard time finding the right energy! HOW TO BUILD A DECK USING ONLY TWO PRIMARY COLORS First pick out 14 energy of each color you have chosen. Then get two double colorless energy. Next you need to pick out 20 pokemon of the color you have chosen Finally pick out ten trainer cards. Keep in mind you can only have four of one card in your deck besides basic energy. double colerless energy is not considerd a basic energy card. This a list of cards in my deck Pokemon-20 4 squirtles 2 wartortles 1 Blastoise 4 charmanders 2 charmeleons 1 charizard 2 growlithes 1 arcanine 2 magikarps 1 gyrados energy-30 14-water energy 14-fire energy 2-double colerless energy trainer cards-10 4-pokemon traders 4-pokemon breeders 2-energy retrivals IMPORTANT:My deck has never lost becouse most of the people I play with play with fire and water. It is very important to take weakness and resitance into effect becouse weakness DOUBLES attack!! So if you find your friends charizard constantly kicking your --- put in a good water pokemon like blastoise who can do up to 60 damage 60 times 2 equals 120!!! So then you will kick your friends --- unless he plays with electricity also. Always take weakness and resitance into effect or you will constantly find your self losind pitifully.
