Why HELP/Nepal
HELP/Nepal an NGO comprises of all the UN Volunteers, who have many years' experiences in integrated community development in Nepal as well as abroad. HELP/Nepal enables to establish as a development partner within short period in mid & Far Western Development Region of Nepal associating with the various development agencies.
HELP/Nepal have strong net working & database profile of these Development Regions. HELP/Nepal is taking grips as change agent to advocate the changing development speed and scenario welcoming to the 21st century which is the age of global citizenship and human welfare and well being. Devotion and dedication of the members and numbers of honorable volunteers and specialists.
HELP/Nepal is standing in the front line. It is keeping contract and being assurances from well wishes for suitable development modules and strength as and when required to HELP/Nepal for its activities in the field. HELP hope that it will bridge the gab between the community and community development frontiers.
HELP/Nepal committed to work in this region for the Human Resources Development, Environmental and Socio-economical development to the backward society. On top of that it is careful to start advanced social life preserving social norms and values and controlling all the anti-social activities in this region.
HELP/Nepal using its expertise in research management and co-operation to the local NGOs capacity building and communities through the action research demonstration and technology transfer, training, awareness, camping etc. It is also emphasizing institutional development addressing their potentiality in the development race and co-ordination with the development agencies.
What HELP/Nepal Thinks and Does:
HELP/Nepal is the organization for the Human Environmental Preservation and Development through the human effort. It is only the charity but also the reality that how the volunteer works in the community and the community perceive them, it is dilemma in each community and country concern.
Human development thought still on its to prove its ultimate goal and expected way of human relation. It has influence from the culture, geography and level of development. When we talk about the development it will be guided some how and out comes of the field experience in the reality.
Our background behind this organization is the practical working experiences and through understanding of the economically, educationally and traditionally exploited handicap populace in extreme remote area of the country.
Our Executives who were development planners and field workers are enriched on their approach suitable for the heterogeneous geopolitical shape and feelings of the community and their so-called key informants. HELP/Nepal is a united effort for the cumulative results and team spirit, which can play a significant role in the development, and also lead for the future betterment of the people.
When we have to touch in this topic reflecting about our organizational objective and achievement the following scenario will be the hands-on information to the receiver.

" A bridge gap between community and development by utilization of available local resources, explore technical know-how with skill development to up-lift the socio-economic status of rural and urban poor community. Act as agent to advocate the changing development speed and scenarion welcoming to the 21st. century, as age of citizenship and human welfare/welbeing with devotation and dedication of its members/honorable volunteers and specialist from the country and abroad."
Objective of the Organization:
To carry out survey, research, management, monitoring, and evaluation of the ongoing gainful projects through suitable training, seminar, workshop in co-operation with INGOs /NGOs and government agencies for preservation of Human Environment and suitable Development program.
To organize and conduct legal proceeding and awareness on physical, mental, intelligentsia, social and economic development of children, women and youth.
To organize and conduct mutual relationship with equal opportunity between various communities and organizations working in social service.
To organize and conduct the upliftment, development and encouragement of the people and communities below poverty line.
To emphasize programs towards the main stream of national development by providing expertise and services for poverty alleviation, woman upliftment/welfare, children and their prospective future.
To deliberate the message for people based development module and sustainable infrastructure in the communities where it is staying in the country prior to seek well being and prosperity of the populace the effort started from the selected areas in the beginning and to the region phase wise (depending on the resource available)
How HELP/Nepal with Community Now as Development Activist:
It is the forum of the development drivers where program are moving around as the spirit of volunteerism, as the campaign of people center development with the people of participation for self help and self reliance.
With the exposure of grass root development our collective efforts (the field workers) currently serving in 15 different NGOs representing different districts of the Mid and Far Western development regions.
There is community oriented health sanitation, non-formal Education income generating activities going on.
Training on community motivation, awareness campaign counseling service for family planning, immunization, support to AIDS prevention and control, nutritional scheme for child and mothers health and contraceptive distribution also as the requirement and availability in the particular area.
There were various training programs for the community leaders, workers, youth children, woman and officials of the partner NGOs.
HELP/Nepal is focusing on physical and mental aspirations of the local community towards the Healthier Human Life with better Economy, quality services and economic discipline in all levels.
HELP/Nepal is communicating through many skill development training and awareness campaign income generation and self-help development training. Efforts have been to hike the status of the low-income group designing sustainable development modules. For example various skills development training & programs are conducted in conjunction with VDCs, Government agencies and other NGOs/INGOs. VDC level Skill Development Training and awareness campaign conducted with the resources made available by VDCs from Human Resources Development Program under the policy of HMG/N to the rural community self-help development program.
Plan International Nepal from Banke office literacy program drinking water & sanitation program for planned families and other surroundings are benefiting. HELP also assigned for several program evaluations on the request of the program implementing agencies as experts installed shallow Tube-wells in VDCs through the assistance of Drinking water Office Banke.
A project formulation, implementation, monitoring, supervision and maintenance service has been rendered to the Rural Community Infrastructure Development Program through GTZ Food for Work Program in Banke for three years.

There are constant and occasional incomes. HELP is financed by grants for different projects from NGO fund, sponsors, memberships and program participation fees.
