| Healthcare Reimbursement Solutions, LLC is owned and operated by nurses with 15 years experience in healthcare reimbursement and practice management. They have worked in physicians’ offices and have been office managers as well as practice administrators for endocrinology, general surgery, and anesthesia practices. They have consulted and assisted with establishing general surgery practices. The providers were assisted with tasks such as finding office space, hiring staff, etc., along with provider enrollment and credentialing for the insurance carriers. Consultation and assistance with daily management of the offices and practices were also provided. Experience: The partners have varied medical backgrounds with extensive management experience in the hospital setting in the surgical services department, home health setting, long term care, and physicians’ offices. Their clinical backgrounds include such areas as: Critical Care Operating Room Ambulatory Care Unit Endoscopy Department Neonatal Intensive Care Home Health Both partners have several years experience in Durable Medical Equipment sales, medical sales and nurse consulting for medical manufacturing companies. Because of our medical background, we have an in-depth knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy. We rely upon our medical education in understanding the procedures your practice bills, as well as the meaning of the diagnosis codes that are used. With our years of experience in the medical billing field, we are also able to recognize problem areas you might be experiencing with your billing and/or with your procedure and diagnosis codes. Our previous experience setting up and managing medical offices and functioning as practice administrators for several medical practices qualifies us to consult with you and assist with office management problems or issues. We are committed to remaining current with the ever changing regulations regarding medical claims filing; therefore, we attend many related seminars and workshops and strive to educate our clients on issues that relate to their practices.
