Fact vs. Fallacy: The Truth

It's an interesting term, fact vs. fallacy. Fact is fact, fallacy is the assumed representation. Now, I've been to many Anti-Anti-Pokemon sites, and they're all the same, similar, with the fallacies of Anti-Pokemon. Let me straighten that out, this discrepancy. Because there are facts, and there are fallacies. And we need a little straightening out. Below are ten common fallacies accompanied by the facts.

Fallacy: All Anti-Pokemon Sites have bloody pictures and no reasons at all
Fact: This is the most widespread fallacy ever. While most Anti-Pokemon sites have gory pictures, some do not. And it isn't fair to attack the minority on what the majority does.

Fallacy: Anti-Anti-Pokemon sites also have freedom of speech, like Anti-Pokemon sites do.
Fact: No, this is not the case. Even if you live outside the United States (I know who comes to this site), there is something called libel. Do you know what that is? It's intentionally writing a lie that harms another person. It's what Anti-Anti-Pokemon sites do. They write up things that say, "All Anti-Pokemon sites are gory and bloody." Using that argument against those who don't have bloody pictures is slander, when you says it; libel, when you write it.

Fallacy: There's no reason to hate these cool Anime!
Fact: There are reasons to hate Anime. I know, and I have reasons. One, new Anime always take things from older Anime shows. While it can be claimed that Digimon copied from Pokemon, Pokemon too copied from another TV show, one not so notoriously famous. Also, those shows have a nasty habit of coming out with sequels that so closely resemble the previous that its originality goes down.

Fallacy: Anti-Pokemon sites are set up out of boredom
Fact: No, they were not set up for these reasons and continue to not be continued in boredom. OK, there was a person (he and several other AP sites know who he is) that set his up out of boredom, I'll admit that. But, the majority of the sites were set up because it's for a cause we believe for: knocking Pokemon out of the trend market and falling it flat on it's creativity level. While we can't expect to convert all Pokemon lovers, those who do will be a small victory for us.

Fallacy: Anti-Pokemon is trying to hack into Anti-Anti-Pokemon sites
Fact: This is absolute hodgepodge. Our goal is to not hack into Anti-Anti-Pokemon sites or beat on Pokemon lovers. When there's a person who says they will hack into our hard worked sites, what are we supposed to do? Just sit back in our chair, whistle, and wait for the attack? If you say yes, you're not right. No, of course we don't! We push on the offensive, which is why "Pokemon Lovers Defend Pokemon from those Dang PokeHaters!" was hacked into.

Fallacy: Anti-Pokemon is killing a little child's hobby.
Fact: We are simply trying to get kids to dip into other alternatives. If they immerse themselves into reading everything Pokemon, sticking to easy vocabulary, they won't be learning. If they spend all their time playing on their GBC, then they're not learning. While I realize that being part of a kid is to have fun, there are other alternatives. That's what we're trying to do.

Fallacy: You won't get any friends by becoming Anti-Pokemon.
Fact: That's not true in the slightest bit. When I was posting counter-attacks on the Anti-Anti-Pokemon Forum, I won the support of Amazer, the owner of Anti-Pokemon Headquarters. Eventually I joined the staff of his site, which I still currently am part of.

Fallacy: All Anti-Anti-Pokemon sites use e-mails, harmless ways, to get sites shut down
Fact: Nope, no the truth. The fact is, two out of five of the sites I visited said to hack Anti-Pokemon sites. Of course, I have only visited five Anti-Anti-Pokemon sites; but still, that is a verifiable claim. That's forty percent of the handful of truly dedicated Anti-Anti-Pokemon sites. Most just support it.

Fallacy: I have never watched the show Pokemon
Fact: I watched nearly every Indigo League episode of Pokemon, watched Team Rocket try to steal Pikachu fifty times, and have watched a handful of Orange and Johto League episodes. I know the show, and feel more than qualified to post critical morals, first movie overviews, and reviews of the Pokemon shows and games. E-mail me if you're not convinced.

Fallacy: There are many people who support Anti-Anti-Pokemon
Fact: Not true. AAP is about closing our sites. Those who just put the little Anti-Anti-Pokemon logo, they are not supporting AAP. They are not active in the fight against us, Anti-Pokemon. So they're not AAP. That's the truth.

There are many things out there regarding Anti-Pokemon and Anti-Anti-Pokemon. So, you have your mind with you? Extract fact from fallacy with this piece of work, and add it up. See who is going come out triumphant in this Anti-Anti-Pokemon vs. Anti-Pokemon war.
