"Hello,I'm Lucy Hawkins.I'm going to tell you about the Decawizard Tourament.Please listen.The Decawizard Tourament was first established some seven hundred years ago,as a friendly competition between the four largest schools of wizardry-Hawkins,HogwartsAtHome,TheWonderfulWorld of Harry Potter and Snape and Voldemort School.Two champions were selected to represent each school,and the 8 champions competed in 4 magical tasks.The schools took it in turns to host the Tourament once every 5 years,and it was generally agreed to be a most excellent way of establishing ties between young witches and wizards of different nationalities-until,that is,the death toll mounted so high that the Tourament was discontinued.There have been several attempts over the centuries to reinstatethe Tourament,none of which have been very successful.However,our own Departments of International Magical Co-operation and Magical Games and Sports have decided the time is ripe for another attempt.We have worked hard over the summerto ensure that,this time,no champion wil find himself or herself in mortal danger.The Heads of the Other schools and I will go to HogwartsAtHome with their champions soon.The prize is 1000 moktas.Eager though I know you all will be to bring the Deca Cup to Hawkins,I have already decided on the champions.Make the best of our school-Minerva742 and Cerry!"
