Welcome, to Happy Kids R Us! My goal is to give your child/children a clean, happy, loving, learning, home enviroment. I feel that children deserve many of the same rights as adults, so they will be treated with respect. I will provide well-rounded meals, outside playtime,and educational experience for the children. we don't follow a strict regiment of schedule "class" time and we grab every opportunity to turn play time into a learning experience. I follow the children's signals as to what they would like to do and how long they are capable of recieving structured learning time. In order for me to concentrate on these important goals, it is necessary to establish a set of guidelines upon which my home child care will be operated. This is a home child care, which means it is also my home. I do expect the children to follow many of the same rules you may even have in your home. I would hope that children and parents alike would respect my home and belongings the way you would respect your own. I guide the children towards adolescence by reinforcing morals, manners, and proper behavior. Please fill free to have discussions with me in any area you may feel uncomfortable or may be having a problem in. It is very important for us to maintain honest and open communication concering your child's well-being and daily life. It has been my experience that confronting any problems early on has helped dispel any bad feelings further down the road. I am not a perfect person, but I do strive to do the best job possible in my chosen profession. If I had done something that you don't feel comfortable with, discussing the matter will offer me the opportunity to better myself and provide you and others with better service.
