Hard as a Rock Beginner's Routine:
Day 1
Stretch, then warm your body up for 3-10 minutes.
Put on some gloves and hit the bag (if you don't have a bag email me for some creative ideas) left right left right 3 minutes.
Put some weight on your back and start a lunge walk until you must breathe through your mouth.
Back to the bag- create your own combination and practice it for 3 minutes. i.e. jab left, left, hook right.
Bench Press 3 sets of 6.
Incline pushups 1 set of 50 as fast as you can.
As close to 50 pullups as your can get in no more than 5 reps.
Jump rope 3 minutes.
Bent over rows 3 sets of 10, 8, and 6 reps.
Shadow Box 3 minutes of your biggest rock power punches.
Crunch, Leg Lift, Crunch, Leg Lift non stop 30 reps each.
Wind sprints 25 to 100 yards involving 10 sprints.
Incline Bench Press 3x6.
50 Pushups as fast as you can.
Left right left right on bag fast as you can until you feel like puking if you haven't already.
