I am Haley Smith. I live in Edmond Oklahoma & attend Edmond Memorial High School. I created this page almost a month ago simply for an outlet & storage grounds for my work & in hopes of recieving feedback from others than my close friends. The latter of these two aspects has not worked out very well.

I love punk rock because it's all about adversity & triumphing over the bad. It's simple, the incarnation of rock 'n' roll. I also love old rock, beatles,who, janis joplin, Bowie.. Blues is also wonderful,along with electronica. I cannot stand mainstream bands,either the pop or wanna-be badasses. They are no different in my book. They are all concieted power chord based genres having nothing to do with lyrics or emotion,but the way society views them as. That's gross & ewwy.

I am,if I must be classified,a democrat. Though I believe the government is in a state that it needs reform before everything falls apart. I am a pacifist & a vegetarian. I believe a peaceful way of life helps me through life & makes me happier. I am an atheist. I think our own morals are the highest power we will face.
