You will need a blue or purple candle, a knife, matches, and a bowl with a handful of dirt in it. Take the candle and empower it with healing energy. Focus your thoughts on total wellness and health. Visualize yourself as whole and healthy. Carve into the candle a representaion of health and wellness. Set the candle upright in the dirt. Hold the matches up and say:
I, (name), call upon all the powers that be, that the haeling power and energy which is my right is now mine. As this candle is consumed so is the illness. As this candle is transformed so am I. I know that my words and energies have been carried into the unseen world and will now manifest in the physical realm.
Strike the match and light the candle. Spend as much time as you can gazing into the light and visualizing the illness being eaten away as the candle is consumed. See the earth underneath consuming any negative energy not devoured by the fire. When you have put all your energy into the spell you are done. |
