| Depending upon your taste of Tuna and the number of people you are feeding, to adjust the amount required is dependent upon these factors. With that in mind This basic rule of thumb for making the below : 1 Small Can Tuna Fish ( Drained ) {*} 1 Large Can Tuna Fish ( Drained) {**} SANDWICH: {*}1 Medium Hard Boiled Egg = Dice Egg {**} 2 Large Hard Boiled Eggs = Dice Eggs {*}1 Tbsp. Onion Powder {**} 1 Small Onion Diced {*} 1 Tsp. Mustard / 1 Tsp. Hotdog Relish {**} 2 Tbsp. Mustard / 2 Tbsp. Hotdog Relish {*} 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder {**} 1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder (*) 2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise {**} 4 Tbsp. Mayonnaise {*} 1 dash of lemon and pepper seasoning. {**} 1/2 Tbsp. Of lemon and pepper seasoning. Mixing Bowl and Large spoon for mixing. ( Options: Ripped iceberg Lettuce, Sliced Tomatoes, Cheese slice Your Choice ) Bread Slices: White, Wheat, Rye ( Plain or toasted) or on Buns. Add all ingredients listed < above mixing bowl > into the mixing bowl in that order. and blend together. Add Options to the top of first slice of bread, place above tuna mix, then top off with options and other slice of bread. Serve with chips or fries. SALAD OPTION FOR ABOVE TUNA MIX: Pull lettuce apart into small individual leaf cups. Place into small bowl. Add Tuna mix on top of leaf, cheese, and then tomato. Serve as a cold salad dish with shrimp, crab, or lobster SECOND SALAD OPTION: {*}1 Medium Hard Boiled Egg = Dice Egg {**} 2 Large Hard Boiled Eggs = Dice Eggs {*}1 Tbsp. Onion Powder {**} 1 Small Onion Diced .(*) 2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise { or Ranch Style Dressing } {**} 4 Tbsp. Mayonnaise { or Ranch Style Dressing } Cold Green Beans, Cold Peas, Cold Peas and Carrots. Or cooked but cold. Spinach) (*) 1 cup of any above (**) 2 cups of any above. ( When mixing two of these reduce 1/2 (Options: Torn Lettuce, diced Tomatoes, and diced cheese) Pull lettuce into individual leaf cup, place into bowl. Add Above Tuna Mix and Options. |
