Chocolate Quickies - Yield 1 dozen cookies
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup coconut
1/4 cup milk
3 tbsp. cocoa
Preperation and Cooking:
1. Combine butter, sugar, milk, and cocoa in saucepan.
2. Heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is just comes to a boil.
3. Remove from heat and stir in oats and coconut.
4. Mix thoroughly and drop big teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper on a plate or cookie sheet.
5. Chill until firm.
