JOHN [Fryer Baker] GOOCH & SUSANNAH SILVER
JOHN GOOCH was born as JOHN FRYER BAKER on 6 Jun 1846 in Blofield, Norfolk.
His father was not given on his birth certificate and so took his mothers maiden name of BAKER.
He later took the name GOOCH after his mother ANN married SALEM GOOCH.
He was a bricklayer.
He was living in Drury Lane at the time of his marriage to SUSANNAH SILVER
on May 31st 1868 at the Parish church in St Martins in the field, Middlesex.
SUSANNAH was born in c1843 in Colnbrook, Buckinghamshire.
Her parents were EDWARD THOMAS SILVER and CHARLOTTE BISHOP.
They were living at 32 Clifton Road, Deptford, Kent in 1869 and at
24 Kings Road between at least 1881 and 1912.
They had at least 8 children named EDWARD (1869), WILLIAM (1871), CHARLES (1873),
ALBERT (1875), ANNIE (1879), FREDERICK (1882), EDITH (1884) and my Grandfather JOSEPH (1887).

JOHN MAWSON & ANNIE WILLIS
JOHN MAWSON was born on June 10th 1866 in Tottenham, Middlesex.
His parents were GEORGE MAWSON and MARY ANN BARTON.
He was a Carpenter.
He was living with the PHIPPS family at 7 Hillside Road, Tottenham with his cousin
HENRY BOLT MAWSON in 1881.
He married ANNIE WILLIS on August 7th 1886 at The Registry Office in Islington, Middlesex.
They were living at numbers 45 and 46 Mayton Street.
According to the marriage certificate, ANNIE was born about 1865.
Her father is given as CHARLES WILLIS.
They had at least 4 children, my Grandmother LILY (1887), MAY (1890), ANNIE (1896) and JOHN (1898).

JOHN LEWIS JUPP & ELLEN MARTIN
JOHN LEWIS JUPP was born on September 18th 1851 at 17 Hannover Street?, Somerstown, Middlesex.
His parents were THOMAS JUPP and ANNE LEWIS.
He was a Plasterer.
He was living at 4 Dorset Place, St Pancras in 1861. He first married EMMA FENNELL
on February 8th 1880 at the Parish church, Trinity, Grays Inn Road.
They were living at 27 Station Road, Edmonton in 1881.
They had at least 6 children named THOMAS (1881), WALTER (1884), GEORGE (1886),
EMMA (1889), ALBERT (1891) and ANNE (1895).
JOHN then married ELLEN MARTIN, while living at Balham Road, Edmonton
on December 26th 1900 at St Michael’s church, Enfield, Middlesex.
She was living at 34 Charles Street, Bush Hill Park.
According to the marriage certificate ELLEN was born about 1874 and her father was SAMUEL MARTIN.
They had at least 7 children named JAMES, my Grandfather (1901), GEORGE (1903),
REGINALD (1905), ELLEN (1907), LLOYD(1910), LEONARD (1912) and CONSTANCE (1916).
JOHN died on February 10th 1935 (aged 83) at 25 Meads Road, Enfield.

JAMES TAYLOR & ELLEN JOHNSON
According to their marriage certificate JAMES TAYLOR was born about 1860.
His occupation was a Bootmaker and his father was given as JAMES also.
ELLEN was born about 1864 and her father was given as RICHARD JOHNSON.
They were married on May 24th 1885 in Southwark, Surrey.
They had 6 daughters named HANNAH FLORENCE, my Grandmother LOUISA (1902),
where they lived at 16 Lovegrove Street, in the Old Kent Road,
SARAH JANE, MILLICENT ELLEN, KATE and JANE.
