There are 7 possible levels a Saiyan can go through, and 5 levels of Super Saiyan. Below is a detailed description and a pic of each level. It also says who reached each of the following levels, where and when they reached the level:

SAIYAN

-This is the normal level of saiyan that all saiyans start out at. The only saiyans alive that are 100% saiyan are Goku and Vegeta. there are also many other Saiyans that are 50% saiyan and 50% earthling. Here is a list of them: (Gokus kids) Gohan, Goten, (Vegetas kids) Trunks, and Bra. There is one saiyan who is only 25% saiyan and that is(Gohans kid) Pan. The normal saiyan has black hair and black eyes and a tail.

OHZARU

-This level only happens when a saiyan with a tail looks at the full moon and transform into a huge ape. Vegeta is the only one who transforms and controls ohzaru but Gohan and Goku also go ozzaru but cannot control it and go crazy.

SUPER SAIYAN

-This level happens only when a saiyan trains emensley and then gets really pist off. The power level of the saiyan increases drastically and all the damage of the saiyans attacks increase. The saiyans phisical apperance increases in muscle mass and their hair turns blonde and there eyes turn green.

-Goku reaches this level when krillan is killed by Freiza in the Freiza Saga_
-Vegeta reaches this level after training in a gravitron and getting mad at himself during the Cell Saga-
-Gohan reaches this level while training in the Room of Spirit and Time during the Cell Saga-
-Future trunks reaches this level when his trainer Gohan dies-
-Goten reaches this level in the Buu Saga as it was part of his nature-
-Trunks reaches this level just like Goten during the Buu Saga-

SUPER SAIYAN 2

-This level happens when a saiyan gets angry and sad, and in this form every thing triples from the first level of SSJ(super saiyan). The saiyans muscle mass grows and their hair grows longer and wilder, and they have a dark yellow Ki when powering up.

-Gohan reaches this level while fighting cell
-Goku reaches this level in the Next Dimension during the Cell Saga
-Vegeta reaches this level when being controlled by Buu in the Buu saga

SUPER SAIYAN 3

-This level is reached when you get super pist and sad and your power increases enourmosly and is nearly 2x better than SSJ2. In this stage your muscle mass gets a little more visible and you lose your eyebrows and the hair grows down to the knees and your forehead grows.

-Goku reaches this level while training in the Next Dimension
-Gotenks reaches this level right after Goten and Trunks fuse into him

GOLD OHZARU

This happens when a saiyan with a tail looks at the full Earth from any other planet and has gone ssj. The fur turns gold and it is like a SSJ2.

-Goku reaches this level fighting Vegeta-Bebi on planet Plant after he looked at the Earth and he loses all control in DBZ
-Vegeta reaches this level after fighting the evil Lii shen with Bulmas help in DBZ
-Vegeta-Bebi reaches this level on planet Plant with the help of Bulmas gadget in DBGT

SUPER SAIYAN 4

-This level occours only when a saiyan has reached Ohzaru Gold and then gets pist and sad. The power of this level is unreal and the physical appearince changes alot. The hair grows in Width and the muscle mass nearly doubles, red fur grows all over the body but the chest and the saiyans tail stays.

-Goku reaches this level on planet Plant with the words of his grand daughter Pan in DBZ
-Vegeta reaches this level while fighting Lii Shen in DBGT with Bulmas gadget

SUPER SAIYAN 5?

-I dont know what level or what this is but I have been told it is SSJ5 and it is just like SSJ 4 but the hair is red and the fur on the body is black but I am not positive so if you know what it is E-mail me Skeet522@aol.com
