This pension file is for Robert Stroud of Kenton, Co., KY. I do no remember if I copied everything that was in the file at the National Archives, I think that I did because I was hoping that this Robert Stroud was the father of Amanda Stroud Bolar Rigney, but in reading thro the file and retyping it, I found that it is not. I do not know who this man is and I do not know where he fits into the Stroud family tree. I hope this will help someone.
