I found an article in the Rigney Family Bible concerning an auction. The property being sold once belonged to a John Gardner and is was sold by C.E. Shelton, who according to the article, bought the residence that had belonged to John Gardner. My great, great, great grandmother was Elizabeth Gardner she married James R. Wilmot. At this time I do not know the relationship between Elizabeth Gardner and John Gardner, I am however, certain that there is a connection somehow.
Below is the retyped article as it appeared in the newspaper article that was found in the Bible, at this time I have no further information.
