| Harrison Rigney is one of three Rigney family's that I know of in Casey Co., KY. Another is the family of Joab Rigney, Sr. the third is Jesse Rigney. I do know know anything about Jesse Rigney at this time, or how he connects to the other two, there is speculation that Harrison was Joab Rigney's Uncle. At this time I do not have any information that goes back beyond Kentucky. I've just recently found Joab Rigney in the census for Tennessee in 1820 but I have not done any further research yet.
