5/21/01, 6:43 pm, by JskieXL
Planet GameCube were apparently approached by an Infogrames representative on the flight back from E3 with some news about the possibility of Dragonball Z games appearing on the Game Boy Advance and GameCube. Although none of this is official yet, hopefully PGC wouldn't make this up (in fact I have every faith that they wouldn't). The only fly in the ointment, of course, is that there has never been a decent DBZ game... Ever.

After it has been reported that several domains bearing the name "Metroid Prime". We'd like to assure people, first of all, that since Nintendo already own metroidadvance.com, Metroid Prime is most likely the GameCube version. That's the end of that, then. Unless E3 tells us otherwise...Sources also confirmed to IGN Cube today that the GCN Metroid would be a prequel to the first three games, leaving Metroid Advance to fulfill the role of fourth game in the series.
Sega not to be seen at E3?!?
5/15/01, 10:54 am, by John
Well, the title is half true, Sega will have a booth at E3, but no members of the press will be allowed to view what they are showing. Sega have announced that only retailers, hardware manufacturers and other 3rd party developers will be allowed access. This is upsetting for me, because I was quite looking forward to seeing the latest on Segas work for Game Boy Advance, but its not all bad news. Apparently on Thursday they will be releasing a lot of new screenshots for their games on all platforms, lets hope that includes Sonic Advance. Source: Gamers.com

Among the GameCube title is Duke Nukem Forever, the long awaited sequel to Duke Nukem 3D which will first appear on the PC, but the GBA will be getting its own Duke game too. Platformer or FPS? It's up in the air at the moment, but we know we'll be getting something!
