Street Fighter II, in case you didn't know, was one of the most popular games for the SNES. It is the game that popularized the fighting genre on the home console. And now it's coming to the GBA.
Yet another SNES game on the GBA. But I can't complain: great looking 2-D graphics combined with fun arcade-like action makes for quite an experience. Street Fighter II features 16 playable fighters, many fighting areas, and lush backgrounds. The action should be exciting; however, I am wondering how some of the combination moves will be executed, seeing as the GBA has less buttons than the SNES. But I'm certain that Capcom will work this out without taking too much away from the game.
Of course, the game will be two-player (whew!) This'll be one the games you enjoy much better with a friend. Right now (technically) release is only set for Japan, but it'll come to the US for sure. (I'm getting sick and tired of this: why doesn't the Big N just come out and say which games will make it out of Japan? Ah, well...)
