 Thank you for applying for a 90-day trial membership in the Peak Fitness Club. We are processing your application as quickly as possible, but we have encountered a small problem. As you know, the Peak Fitness Club strives to ensure a healthful environment for every member. That is why, as part of our approval process, we asked that you provide us with a physician's statement, a description of your current lifestyle and an updated stool sample. Unfortunately, our lab cannot conduct the necessary tests on a sample that is more than six hours old. Therefore, we are returning your stool to you via 2-day Express Mail. In the meantime, can you supply a replacement by tomorrow? Please be sure the replacement sample is as fresh as possible. We suggest you place it in an airtight freezer bag, labeled with your name, address and time of deposit.
