| Designing Process |
The Homesteader design team puts many hours into the planning of our new trailer models. We use our years of experience and the latest technology available to design and manufacture the highest quality products on the road today. After we have designed a trailer on paper we test the design for structural reliability and durability before we build it to help insure your satisfaction and years of trouble free use.  -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Welding Process  Mig welders are used throughout the process to insure that welds are deep and strong. Only the highest grades of steel are used in the fabrication of your new trailer. Our welding team has great pride in the quality of their work because they know that their work is the foundation of each and every Homesteader Trailer that leaves our facility.  ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Painting Process  After the frame of the trailer is welded it is moved into the painting area. We first prime the frame and then apply high-grade enamel paint. Priming the frame helps to insure that your frame will resist rust better than inferior bands of trailers.  ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Assembly Process After frame assembly and painting, the interior is installed. We use only the highest-grade wood and other materials to insure that your Homesteader trailer will give years of service and performance.  With Homesteader Trailers you are not stuck with whatever the dealer has in stock. We build trailers to order that are then shipped to your local dealer. Don't settle for less, make sure it's a Homesteader!   Special care is given to the exterior of your Homesteader Trailer. The aluminum has a baked enamel finish to insure that your trailer will be appealing and trouble free for years to come. Attention to detail is of the utmost concern here at Homesteader.  We strive to provide trailers that are attractive and durable. We use heavy-duty trims that can live up to the demands you will put on them for years to come.
