Just Open Your Eye

To often on our daily walk through life we become
overpowered by the trails and tribulation we must face. What
happen is we have a tendency overlook all the positive aspects
that are around us and focusing on all the negative ones . By
overlooking the things that will help us to coupe with our troubles
we find ourselves falling into a depressive state.

Some people tell us that when we have a problem we should
focus on someone that has worse problems than us. This gives us
temporary relief until our conscience catches up with us. At that
point we feel not only upset for that person but ourselves as well
, putting us into a deeper state of depression.

If we take the time to observe what is around us we will see
that God has a plan to relieve depression that not only offers
greater results but is more effective. It is so simple that we tend to
overlook it or see right past it . All we have to do is open our eyes
and ears and observe and the secrets to life will be revealed.

As we awake in the morning we can see the Sun rise slowly
over the horizon. Its golden rays of sunlight shimmering of the
waters as it awakens all the things that depend on it for warmth
and nourishment. The flowers open their pedals as they turn to
the suns for its strength. As the dew dry off the flower pedals ,
they release a sweet fragrance into the morning air that refreshes
the new day. The flowers sparkling as they show off the radiant
colors, the blues , whites ,reds, pinks, purples and yellows.

The skies become filled with birds as they take to the air
and begin to sing, filling the air with their sweet songs of life.
You can hear the sounds of the bees as the pollinate the flowers.
They almost sound as if they are humming with enjoyment as
they go about their daily tasks. The deer stand up, face the
morning sun and shake of the dew as the sun warmth dries their
fur. As the morning progress the insect become air born and the
fish break water as the feed on the them for nourishment. The
butterfly take flight , flapping it fragile wings so gently in the
morning breeze as it dances effortlessly across the morning
skies.

These are but a few of the precious thing the Lord has put
before us to help us relax and endure .So the next time you feel
distressed or upset, All you have to do is open your eyes and
enjoy the beauty The Lord has made just for you.
