The County population is about 97,000. The populations of all these municipalities increase dramatically in the summertime. It makes for fun monitoring. For example, Cape May City has a population of 5,100 normally. In the summer it can top 100,000 easily. The county seat is Cape May Courthouse in Middle Township. I really need your help for Cape May County. If anyone has any info on fire stations in Cape May County, please EMail me them (ie. names). But here are the frequencies and Info for Cape May County.

Ocean City- Population 15,500 (District 1)
Police: 460.350 Dispatch
Fire: 154.445 Dispatch and Response
153.890 is used as an alternate Fire Channel.
EMS: This can get confusing. Most EMS Dispatches are said on 453.250. Ocean City transports most patients to Shore Memorial Hospital on the Mainland in Somers Point. They can be dispatched through an Atlantic County medic unit on 155.175. They also use 153.890 for EMS info, not as frequently though. They can also be dispatched through 154.445, the fire frequency. They are also notified through Cape May County EMS Dispatch on 155.295*. So monitor all those frequencies when listening to Ocean City.
