The long awaited Urban legends 2: the final cut was a huge dissapointment. It is possible worth watching if your a hardcore fan of the first but If you didn't like the first one that much, dont bother.
Every second of "Urban Legends: Final Cut" is unbelievably predictable; everything that happens has been seen somewhere else before. The killer is not scary in the slightest, in fact I found myself laughing at him, poor guy must have been sweating so much under all that leather! But seriously, come up with something more original, please! When I watch these kind of films I want to be freaked-out and scared-stiff, and no one can tell me that this was meant to be a tongue-in-cheek teen-slasher a'la "Scream" because it wasn't. Its primary mission was to scare, and it failed......miserably. These kinds of films can be scary if executed properly-- example: if you haven't before, watch "John Carpenter's Halloween" with the lights out you'll see what I mean. "Halloween's" glowing pumpkin title sequence, freaks you out more in 10 seconds than the entire 100 minutes running time of this feature does.
