| DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVES : The programmes/development infinitives of Fountain of Development Research and Action (FODRA) is divided into four categories :- 1. Undertake all type of target-group oriented and people centred integrated human development action programmes among the families living in poverty and hunger to achieve its mission, vision and development commitments discussed above. 2. Collaborate with other like-minded local individuals, groups and organisations in other parts of India where poverty and inequality is greatest to plan and undertake need based partnership or joint development actions programmes . 3. Network with NGOs, development support agencies, financial institutions and other concerned individuals and organisations to create an enabling environment for promoting banking with poor(microcredit) programmes, self help group programmes and micro enterprise programmes by organising workshops, seminars, training and action research from time to time. 4. Offer development support services to NGOs and development agencies to plan and implement programmes in the areas of savings and lending(microfinancing), women’s economic empowerment, employment oriented skills and technology development and micro enterprises using local both in urban and rural settings. |
