There are three ways to raise Ultra Strong Pokémon. One of these techniques requires a Gameshark. One thechnique is for fighting in the game or fighting friends, and the other two techniques iare for just fighting friends. I devoloped all these techniques by myself.

Fighting inside the game:

This technique will take a long time to do, but your Pokémon will be a lot stronger then normal.
1. Get the Pokémon you want to make really strong.
2. Get it maxed out with HP ups, Carbos, Proteins, Iron, and Calcium.
3. Take it to somewhere where the experience points you get for winning a fight are low, like Viridian Forest or Route 1.
4. Stay there and get it up to level 100.
5. After that, your Pokémon will be a lot stronger than if you would have raised it differently.

Fighting against friends:
This technique is a lot faster and your Pokémon will be very strong. You can only fight against friends with this technique because if you get in a fight against anything that will give you experience points, even if it says gained 0 exp. points, it will go back to level 100.
1. Do the MissingNo. Code.
2. Catch one of the Pokémon that is over level 100. (not MissingNo. or M.)
3. Duplicate Rare Candy.
4. Keep using Rare Candy on that Pokémon until it is level 255. If you give your Pokémon a Rare Candy after it is level 255, it will go to level 0.
5. Assemble a team of six good Pokémon at level 255.
6. Give them HP ups, Carbos, Proteins, Iron, and Calcium until they can not have anymore. This should raise their stats 100 in each category. With this team you could beat anybody.
Here are some examples of doing this technique:
1. Snorlax L.255
HP: 999
Attack: 729
Defense: 504
Speed: 321
Special: 489

2. Electrode L.255:
HP: 703
Attack: 402
Defense: 520
Speed: 897
Special: 535

With this code, instead of getting only two or three choices of Pokémon to have at level 255, you can have any Pokémon at level 255.
1. Enter the GameShark code for the Pokémon you want to have at level 255. These codes can be found in the section Pokemon Secrets.
2. Do the MissingNo. Code. Get in a few fights and you will see the Pokémon you want over level 100. On the first fight you see it, the Pokémon may only be around level 3. After a few fights you will see it at over 100.
3. Duplicate Rare Candy or use the GameShark code for it.
4. Keep using Rare Candy on that Pokémon until it is level 255. If you give your Pokémon a Rare Candy after it is level 255, it will go to level 0.
5. Assemble a team of six good Pokémon at level 255.
6. Give them HP ups, Carbos, Proteins, Iron, and Calcium until they can not have anymore. This should raise their stats over 100 in each category. With this team you could beat anybody.

Note: If you store a level 255 Pokémon in the PC, sometimes it will go back to the original level you caught it at. Ex: 146.
