Breeding blue&gold macaws, nanday, peach front and sun conures, zebra finches, zebra mutations, and parakeets. We only band babies upon request. Our avian specialist has reported taking more off birds than putting on due to getting them caught on things and other related problems. So, to save possible serious injury we prefer not to band. One alternative that we recommend, would be micro chipping once you have aquired the bird to identify owner, age, sex and such. DNA sexing available.
