The company officer's of the English Consul Volunteer Fire Department are a group of dedicated men and women who strive to provide the departments members with leadership, guidance and support.
We operate with a staff of 10 line officers consisting of a Chief, 1 Assistant Chief, 1 Deputy Chief, 2 Captains; Fire and EMS, 3 Fire Lieutenants, and 2 EMS Lieutenants. All Lieutenants are the first line supervisors who report to the Captains of their respective division. Both Captains report to the Deputy Chief who is in command of all daily station and field operations. The Assistant Chief acts as both second in command to the Chief as well as serves some primary administration functions. Officers of the English Consul Volunteer Fire Department are:
All of our officers for the exception of one, are crosstrained in both fire suppression and EMS. Operations meetings are held regularly to ensure that we address any operational issues within our department to assist in keeping the department running smoothly and maintaining morale.
