| This is my character profile section. I will put up information on each DBZ main character that I know of. I'm going to start the profiles with my favorite DBZ character, Goku. Goku: Goku is the hero of Dragonball Z and part of Dragonball GT. This isn't about Dragonball GT though, so I won't put up much info about it. Anyway, Goku was originally an evil saiyan sent to Earth to destroy it. But, Earth is saved when Kakarot (Goku's Saiyan name) suffers a head injury that scrambles his "programming". So, instead of trying to destroy Earth, he tries to protect it. In Dragonball Z, Goku first goes up against his evil brother "Raditz" while he is united with one of his other enemies, Piccolo. The two team up and defeat Raditz, but Goku also dies. Up in the heavens, Goku has to travel across Snake Way to get to King Kai for training against the Saiyan invasion of Vegeta and Nappa. When his is done training with King Kai, Goku is wished back to Earth with the Dragonballs. He helps out Gohan, Krillin, and Yazarobi (i think i spelled it wrong) defeat Vegeta and Nappa. I'm not sure what happened to Piccolo because I missed an episode of the battle. Vegeta is badly wounded, but Goku lets him escape. He better know what he's doing! Goku is also in critical condition after the fight. He is taken to a hospital. Yazarobi gets Goku some Censu Beans, and he is healed instantly. He is needed on the Planet Namek. He takes the ship that Bulma's father repairs for him. After arriving on Namek, Goku gets injured and is recovering while Goku and Krillin are up against Frieza, but they have some unexpected help from Vegeta. Piccolo is wished back to Namek with the Dragonballs and makes a fusion with the last remaining Namek to higher his power level for the battle with Frieza. Goku is somehow watching the battle as he recovers, at last he gets well enough and fights Frieza, again I missed some episodes, so I'll pick up from the episodes that I saw. This leads to a long battle, Vegeta is killed. Goku powers up his ledgendary Spirit Bomb and gets a direct hit on Frieza with it. But, with the odds way against him, Frieza survives the Spirit Bomb! Frieza than kills Piccolo and makes Krillin explode. This also led to Goku having an explosion of anger. Goku transforms into a Super Saiyan! |
