Detailed Location:
Once you have the Ragnarok you will be able to get Bahamut. Go to the southwest corner of the map and search the area for a pile of rubble. Land the Ragnarok on the pad. You will then be able to access the Deep Sea Research Facility. Go into the place and you will notice a flashing blue pillar of light. When the pillar is glowing it will cause an extream number of random encounters. Move when it is not glowing. Once you get up to the core Bahamut will ask you questions.
Question 1.) "So you wish to challenge me..."
Anwser 1.) "It's not our will to fight"
Question 2.) "Begging me for mercy?"
Anwser 2.) "Never"
Question 3.) "Damned imbeciles. Why do you wish to fight?"
Anwser 3.) Select the third option, which is hidden below "None of your business"
After each question you will have to fight a ruby dragon. If you anwser wrong you have to do the question again. Anwser all three right you will be forced to fight Bahamut. Beat him and he will join your party and you get his card.
