| Why hello there! This is my first regular made Reboot fan fic so I hope you enjoy it! -Neo Sandalphon Hexadecimal stood in front of the gate to the super computer, it's surface reflecting her image. Hex turned around. "Dot, take care of Bob for me," she said in a dry whisper, "and always be happy.....NOW!" Hexadecimal jumped into the portal and felt her body fragment. It was a strange feeling, but she knew she had a job to do. Destroy Daemon's final Cron infection. She swooped across the entire Internet, freeing all manner of entities from Binomes, Guardians, and even fellow viruses. And as the final one was cured, she prepared to die. It didn't come. Hexadecimal suddenly fell into the middle of a dark world where the only light came from a faint glint overhead. It gave Hexadecimal the sense she was drowning. "Ouch," Hex mumbled as she rubbed her head, "Wha?" Hex realized something, her body had reformatted, she wasn't a disembodied face anymore. *Sniff, gasp, sniff* Hex heard something in front of her, whatever it sounded like it was injured. Hex got up and suddenly started to fall. It seemed as if the inky blackness around her was sucking her in even further. "EGADS!" She shouted, but she remembered she had the ability of flight, and quickly straightened herself. "*Sniff*Leave me alone!" The pleading voice came. Hex paused in the darkness, that voice, she thought, it sounds so familiar..... "*Gasp*GET OUT OF 'ERE!" The voice suddenly became strong and angry. Hex realized who it was. "Daemon! Show your damn face!" Hexadecimal snarled, changing her mask to the one with the glinting red eyes and sharp teeth. "No, I won't, 'exadecimal" Daemon snapped back. Hexadecimal could see a faint glow up ahead, she saw the curled up form of Daemon, who was crying so hard, it seemed she had fallen into a lake. "Just leave...NOW!" Daemon yelled. Even louder than before. "I-I just want to be alone. And, I don't want you 'ere......." her voice trailed off Hex felt like Daemon was playing a twisted game, swallowing her into the darkness that surrounded both of them. "I'm not going to leave Daemon! Not until I kill you!!" "Would you really kill me? W'at if you can never get out of here? You'll never get back to your friends......" Daemon trailed off again, as if she was searching for the right thing to say. She suddenly got up, and walked over to Hexadecimal. "You just don't know......" "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Hexadecimal slashed Daemon in the face, then quickly shot her with a fireball. Daemon was tossed like a rag into the darkness, then quickly flew back. Her face was bleeding and her outfit was singed where the fireball that had hit her. She was smiling. "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Hex screamed again and repeatedly started to slash at Daemon with her claws. *Grip* Daemon, who's face was minced, held Hex's arm firmly in her hand. "I....*blip*.....don't want do.....*blip*......fig't you.....'exadecimal" She said, her voice muffled by the dripping of blood. "WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME?!?!?!?!" Hex screeched at Daemon's face. "I want you to know.......*blip*..........you were once a virus known as Kilobyte, w'ich was separated into..........*blip*......... you and Megabyte. All viruses come from somew'ere don't they?" Daemon said in a whisper. She let go of Hex's arm. "What does this have to do with me?" Hexadecimal roared, "Kilobyte is no more! Megabyte is de-" Hex trailed off. All viruses come from somewhere don't they? "What do you mean?" Hex asked as her face went back to neutral. "All.......*blip*........viruses come from t'e super computer......*blip*.........I am a super virus, t'e one that created all existing viruses........*blip*........I am your creator!" Daemon finally said, gasping for air. Hexadecimal looked at Daemon, her mask switched to a horrified face. "You lie.....you lie......YOU LIE!!!!!!!" Hex screamed in Daemon's face, "I would NEVER be a "toy" that you could unleash on this world! I am a CHAOS VIRUS!!!!! I stand alone!" "You.......*blip*.........actually weren't created by me........*blip*..........Welman Matrix "made" you, you came from the split form of Gigabyte...*blip*......or s'ould I say, Kilobyte?" Daemon gently put her hand on Hex's shoulder, "I........*blip*..........want to help you........*blip*...........release your chaotic force! You can be sane! Just......*blip*....help me........." Hexadecimal looked at the kind face of Daemon, she's not lying, she is trying to help me, she thought to herself. "What do I have to do?" ****************************************** The web-mutated Megabyte smiled evilly at Bob and Dot, he raised his claws to strike but suddenly there was a shower of sparks and he had vanished. A dumbstruck Bob looked at where Megabyte used to be, "This is bad, very bad." "What happened?" Dot asked. "It seems that Megabyte is still alive,"Phong said,"someone, or something, must've transported him to another place!" Bob shook his head,"It doesn't make any sense, I mean, who would want to see Megabyte?" **************************************** The dark world where Hex and Daemon were suddenly burst with light, platforms appeared and the sky turned a muddy red. "What's going on?!?!?!" Hex said panicking. Daemon turned around, looking at the source of the sudden change of events. "He's 'ere!" Megabyte came out of the sky that was the muddiest color, he landed on the platform closest to the other viruses. "Well, well well, sister" Megabyte said in a smooth voice, "seems you went with the guardian after all." Megabyte looked over at Daemon, who's face was still bleeding "Or have you?" "I don't want to deal with you anymore Megabyte!" Hex said in a sharp voice. "Oh really?" Megabyte said, he could tell Hex was scared, then suddenly he leapt out and started merging with Hexadecimal. "HELP!!!! DAEMON!!!!!!" Daemon grabbed what was still left of Hex and started merging too, it had become a deadly game of tug-of-war, whoever won was going to survive. "AAAARRRGGGHHHHH!!!!!" A bright light surrounded the three viruses, huge beams of light shone, there was an explosion, and two figures were left standing. Horrified, Daemon looked at the complete form of Gigabyte That's it, I've lost, the net will be destroyed for sure. Daemon thought. No it won't, as long as I'm here....... What? Daemon heard a voice that seemed to echo in her head. Look, look at yourself......see what you have become! Daemon looked at her hand, it was gloved a dark blue. On her wrists was a type of purple wrist guard, with gold embroider. Her skin was stripped with red and black. She looked to the side of her shoulders, a long, clawed arm jutted from he shoulder, same with the other side. A segmented cape flowed behind her, glowing a muted red and blue. Her actual outfit remained the same, except with purple and gold, instead of the original purple and green. Who are you? Hexadecimal, I was anyway, until you saved me, I called Flamedra-Hexadecimal What are we? I haven't thought of that yet, something with "Duo" in it. Duodecimal? I like it, but why me? You're the better of us. Gigabyte roared suddenly, "I HAVE BECOME GIGABYTE!!!! DESTROYER OF SYSTEMS!!!!!!" Duodecimal yelled in reply, "I AM DUODECIMAL!!!!!! THE SAVIOR OF SYSTEMS!!!!" Duo's voice consisted of both Hexadecimal and Daemon. Gigabyte launched himself at Duodecimal and tackled her to the ground, he then started to drain her energy. THWUMP! A dull noise was heard as Duodecimal punched Gigabyte in the face with a shoulder claw. He stumbled backward, then quickly attacked with slash. Duo got the full end and was flung backwards head over heels thirty yards away. "WAHAHAHAHAH!!!!!!!!!!" Duodecimal said in a joyful cackle, in Hex's voice. What happened? Daemon asked We are not properly fused, we share the same movements and thoughts but our voices are off key. Duodecimal caught her position and dived down to impale Gigabyte with her horns/halo. But Gigabyte was too quick, and caught her in mid-dive. "You are no match for me, even in your greatest form!" Gigabyte threw Duodecimal into the ground and started stepping on her head. I don't want to die........ Then get up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Duo grabbed Gigabyte's leg and flipped him upside the head, she grabbed him, and straining, threw him off the ledge. She watched as he became a dot in the abyss. We've done it...... He's gone.....he's really gone....... What are we going to do? Go back to Mainframe, I suppose, if they'll let you. Okay then. Duodecimal flew up into the sky and went through the portal, right into Dot and Bob's NEW wedding. Everyone just stared at the odd looking virus, Bob made the first move, aiming his BFG at Duo. "Don't move." "Did I miss something here?" Duo said as she looked across the room, "You look like you've all seen a ghost!" "Who are you?" Dot said, also raising her rifle. "I'm Daemon," just saying that made a couple of Binomes faint, "and Hexadecimal, we merged together so we could kill Megabyte, I'm sorry if my sudden appearence startled you." Bob looked in disbelief at the virus, he retracted his BFG, and held up glitch. "I'm going to use a seperate code to see if your're real" "Fine with me." Bob shot a bluish beam at Duo, she suddenly seperated into her two older forms, Hexadecimal and Daemon. Both of them looked at him, with smiles on their faces. "Thanks." |
