| This page of poems was written by my sister. She used to own this site, and when I took over it, I decided to leave this page here. MY FERRETS: My ferrets jump My ferrets play My ferrets dance around all day My ferrets walk down on all four They eat their food and beg for more My ferrets grow All big and tough They do their good old ferret stuff And when my ferrets pass away They'll still be with me Every day NEW FERRET: We got a new ferret A small silver mitt When the other one saw her He had a big fit! He yelled and he whined and he spat and he spit All over the poor little Silver mitt Into her food bowl He tried to sit And kept her from eating That poor silver mitt He took a match And her tail he lit That poor little baby silver mitt For days this went on That small little fit We finally got rid Of the poor silver mitt Sold the other one also That big ball of spit! He made us get rid of that silver mitt FERRETS: F is for Friendly E is for Extraordinary R is for Rambunctious R is for Rambler E is for Elegant T is for Turbulant WAR DANCE: They do a jig Up and down; Up and down Twisting and turning You can't stop them They hop and jump off the bed- OMPH! The glee in the War Dance No one could find But in a ferret Each unique Twindeling, turning Move Each better than the last Up and down Up and down Dizzy turns Wild jumps A dance that no human Would dance They do a jig Up and down; Up and down I thought they were cute! What do you think? |
