A ferret can come in several different colors. Below is a list and description of almost every color. There are new colors being bred each day, but I'll try to keep up to date.
Sable: dark brown coat w/ beige undercoat
(This color is usually accompanied by dark legs and a "mask" across its face.)
Siamese: a light tan version of the sable
White-Footed: (also known as the silver mitt) white paws, and mask
(You can occasionally find a white bib on its neck, and white on its tail. There are lighter and darker versions of this color.)
Silver: white mixed in with tan or dark guard hairs
Cinnamon: reddish brown with darker gaurd hairs; usually has a creamy colored undercoat
Albino: white with pink or red eyes
(This type doesn't have pigment in its skin, therefore, protection from UV rays is a must)
These are all the colors listed now, but if you know of another color, that isn't mentioned above, please e-mail me!
