When looking for a Feng Shui practitioner or lecturer,proceed with these guidelines in mind: What type of business organization is it and is it licensed? Feng Shui Chicago Center, Inc. is a corporation licensed by the City of Chicago. Where does it hold office, in a residential or business area? Our office is located in a business vicinity in Chicago, although we hold classes in a plush residential area in Chicago. How long has the practitioner been doing Feng Shui and how did he/she learn it? We learned Feng Shui from our Filipino/Chinese ancestors since childhood. We have been practicing Feng Shui in the United States since 1986. Our sister company, Coverall Realty P.C. of Chicago, is a licensed broker/realtor in the State of Illinois. We are the first and only Filipino real estate broker/ Feng Shui practitioner and lecturer in the USA. What type of Feng Shui does the practitioner espouse? We practice and teach Form Concept or basic Feng Shui tradition principles that are highly effective and time-tested. What services does the practitioner/teacher offer? Our services encompass nearly all areas where Feng Shui can exert its positive influence at affordable and flexible rates, including: on-site consultation, space clearing or incense service for homes, business sites and even gardens. We also do burial ceremony service. As far as lectures go, we offer home study (programs by mail) as well as classes in Chicago. We offer one day Feng Shui seminars covering Introduction, Basic, Intermediate and Advanced Feng Shui for those who want to learn to become a practitioner. Can the practitioner be invited to speak before a large audience? We accept speaking engagements or interviews for television, radio,schools, clubs or groups, architectural firms, home builders and rehabber companies for a reasonable fee. How authentic or original is the practitioner? It is important to trace the practitioner's roots or ancestry, because this usually reflects how much the practitioner knows about this ancient Chinese art. We are proud that we come from the Philippines.We do not only consulting and conducting seminars but also space clearing and burial ceremony. Actually, the burial site is where Feng Shui as first started and applied 3,000 years ago. We consider ourselves gifted in the highly specialized field of Space learing,or handling and dispersing the invisible energetic entities brought by spirits, ghosts or even dwarfs. Feng Shui Chicago Center, Inc. offers the following: On-site consultation AND non-on-SITE (BY PHONE, INTERNET OR EMAIL or office visit) Space Clearing, Smudger and Incense Service for newly constructed or older homes (apartment, condo, townhouse, house, etc..), office, factory, vacant lot or store, other business site, human being and animals also. Rates for consultation, space clearing and incense services depend on the size of property or location. We charge a flat fee to cover travel time and expense if the space is outside Chicago. If the location is outside Illinois, clients will have to shoulder the airfare (roundtrip), hotel and food supplies for two. For our space clearing, we use ingredients from the Philippines and Europe. We also do burial ceremony in gravesites or cemeteries, a measure that will help the next generation attain a better life.
