| HELLO MY NAME IS TAMMY, You find me in the chat room talkcity, parenting-special needs i'm spazzinmom. I'm writing this homepage, To help other children in this world. My son, is 4 years old, And is very handicaped with brain damage, and is and epiliptic, he has gran mal seizures. He, has a mentality of a 18 month old baby. He will remain this way the rest of his natural life. To day, I found out he can also be autsitic, and is Mantic Depressened,and he is so young to be going through this all ready. My thoughts are very Concerned on him and other children out there,like him. Because I, told the doctor the neroligist, that my son should be checked for behavoriol problems, And they just put hiM on more medication , now he was on klonopin, depakene, and mellerall. My concern, is to other parents, that they have to know to speak up and tell the doctor, what they feel. Because my son suffered 1 whole year now, it was to the point he was really hurting himself. I, HAD TO FIGHT THE DOCTORS TO GET HIM INTO the hospital, but the finaly admitted him after alot of yelling at them.. They watched him for a week in there going through seizures and behavirol problems. He was biting the staff and kicking them,scrathing them,and himself,knocking food and cups on floor spitting food at them and banging his head against the crib rails. I'T took all that for the doctors to see what I, been going through for the last year now here at home with him every day. I, HAD TO ADMITT HIM INTO A PHYSCRATRIC WARD AT A BEHAVRIOL CENTER FOR 2 WEEKS ,TO GET HIM THE HELP HE NEEDED. I.don't want to ,see other families go through what we went through.
