Developers Room
There is a Developers room inside the Dwarven Castle (which is in the Underworld) where you can talk to the staff of the game, or even fight with them if you want! :P Go to Rally-Ho Pub, which is hidden between the Weapon and Armor Shops on the second floor. Inside there is a secret passage starting from the bottom right wall. Through here is the Developers Room! :P
The Sylph Summon and the Knife
While in the Underworld, head to the Sylvan Cave located near the Tower of Babil. Before you do anything, cast Float!! Now go to the bottom of the cave until you find a small house where Yang rests. Try to talk to him and the Sylphs. Later on, go back to Fabul and talk to Yang's wife again at the top of the Tower. She gives you the Pan. Take the Pan back to the Sylvan Cave and use it on Yang. Talk to the Sylphs and you will recieve the Sylph summon! Go back to Fabul again and talk to Yang's wife once more to recieve the knife.
*Note: You must visit the Sylvan Cave before going to the moon in order to get the knife!*
Excalibur
Collect the Rat Tail from the land of Summons, then head back to Mythril Village with the HoverCraft hooked to the remodeled Enterprise. Now follow the shallows Southeast in the hovercraft to the cave. Enter and give the Rat Tail to the guy in blue. He'll give you a peice of Adamant. Go back to the Underworld and go West past Dwarven Castle until you see a small house. Go upstairs and give the peice to the guy in bed. He'll make you Excalibur, but you must travel to the Moon before it will be ready.
The Adamant Armor
There is a room on B5 of the Lunar Subteranne, right before going to B6 where the party can find the inferno item. Here you can encounter a PinkPuff. Use an Alert if you cant find any. Keep fighting them until one drops a PinkTail, which is very rare. Take the PinkTail to the tail collector (the same place you took the RatTail) and give it to him in exchange for the Adamant Armor.
Duplicate Weapons
Theres an easy way to make money for the poor. First find the most expensive weapon you can buy, then equip it on someone and take them to an area where the monsters are easy to defeat.
While in battle, have the person equipped with the weapon go to the Item menu, click on an empty space, then click on the Weapon that you want to be Duplicated.
Finish the Battle and go to Items in your Main Menu. Equip the Weapon on that person again, un-equip it, and then equip it again. If you've done it right your character will have the weapon, and one will be in the item menu! This way if you have, say, the Ancient Sword, you can sell the extras for 9500 G a peice! Do this 10 times for 95000 G and you'll never have to worry about money again! Here's the steps in an easy form:
- Equip a weapon on a character.
- Go into an easy battle.
- Go to items.
- Click on an empty space.
- Click on the weapon you want duplicated.
- Finish the battle.
- Go into Items.
- Equip the weapon you took off back onto the same character.
- Un-Equip the item again.
- Equip it again.
There you have it, you now have two weapons. Enjoy!
