The gaurdians in the system was David and Lexie. David was smart he isn't the kind that would fight. He rather pick up data about the enemy. His keytool was named Peke. David was blue with green hair that was spikey in the front but gel down in the back. Lexie was he wife. She was a warrior in every way. She is a good fighter and isn't too good with computers. She was light pink with long blond hair that was always in a ponytail. Her keytool is named Donna. David and Lexie had two children named Micheal and Michelle. Micheal was 20 and was more like his mom than his dad. And he isn't that close to his dad. He was supposed to be a gaurdian but he didn't want to be. He was dark blue with black hair. And he looks alot like his dad. He is very protective of his little sister. Michelle is only 6 and she is already the Command.Com of Gateway. That's because she is really smart. She is very quiet and independant. But what she lacks in personality she makes up in her brain. She is like her dad only smarter. When she was 3 she knew how to install an upgrade without shutting down the system! She is pink like her mom. She has purple hair and blue pretty eyes. The other sprites in that system were Karry, John, Stevie, Mark, and Jill. Karry was a small sprite that would do anything to be like Stevie. She is a tomboy too. She was light orange and she has short blue hair. Her mom and dad suddenly dissappeared a long time ago. She's been an orphane every since. When the virus named Link attack the ophange she was saved by Stevie. That's how come she wants to be just like him. John was the system's Command.com untill he got hurt. When the principal office was attack he broke his leg by hitting the computer. He then pick Michelle to become the Command.com. Every since Link became infected he's been really depress. He loved his system and would do anything to save it. But because he was injured he couldn't. John was brown with black hair. He's been really upset with all that is happening. Stevie was just like Lexie. Only he was more advanced with fighting. He was like an enemy to Gateway. He never wanted to do anything but cause trouble. He was a mean sprite with an attitude. Almost every gaurdian was after him because of all the trouble he makes. But he was never captured because he's a good fighter. Sprites figured that he lost his family when he was young and became mean and alone. And if you open up to him maybe he'll change. That happen when Karry ran away from the ophange she bump into Stevie. She soon became nice to him and he started to become kinda friendly. But she return to the ophange when Stevie told her to. And he saved her from Link. Mark and Jill were twin sprites. Jill was older by 3 nanos. Both of them were red with black hair. But Jill usally thinks before acting. But Mark usally rushes into something before thinking. Both of them are kind to one another. All nine sprites were defending the system against the virus named Link. Link was a different from all the other viruses. He didn't like infecting other sprites because it would weaken him. He usally perfers to attack when he is at his strongest point. He is trying to gain alot of power by sucking up the energy from the games. His siter Polly was too an unsual sprite. No matter how strong he gets he can not infect her. He's been trying to figure out why but he can't. This war lasted for a very long time. And because Link doesn't attack very offten and can dissapper just like that it is hard to delete him. In the principal off the command.com was still trying to figure out how to track the virus. She was tired but didn't want to go to bed. She might lose some data. Her father walk in. "I think it's time for you to go to bed," he said to her. "But dad," Michelle complain. "I'm very close to discovering how to track down Link. What if I find something? Like what kind of virus he is. And why his sister can't get infected." He sat down by her. "Gateway will do fine tonight. You should get some sleep. You're a very young sprite and you need your sleep." She look at her computer. Then she notice something. "What the-?" She type something and a map of the city appeared. "What is it?" her dad ask. Michelle smiled then said. "Guess what? Micheal snuck out again. Looks like he is talking to someone. I'll give you two guesses of who he is talking to." "Micheal going to get himself deleted," he said as he stood up. "Stay here. I'm going to get Stevie and Lexie." "Careful dad," she yelled as he left. Micheal was meeting Polly. It was in a sector that is almost powerless. They were standing there and talking. "Micheal," she said. "Link is going to leave soon. He said that there is no more power in this system and he needs more to reach his maximun level. I'm afraid that i'm going to have to go with him." "I knew he would one day leave," Micheal replied. "It's not like a virus to stay in a system that is almost powerless. I'm going to have to report this to Michelle. She'll-" "That's another thing," Polly interupted him. "He's going to take your sister. He needs her to crack into other systems computer to drain the energy. He told me that." "Do you know when he is going to attack?" Micheal ask. "I can't let him take Michelle." "I don't know he didn't tell me." "Thank you for telling me," he said to her. "I know you must be scared because if your brother finds out that you're telling me things-." He couldn't finish the statement. "I don't want to lose you." "You won't." Suddenly David, Stevie, and Lexie appeared right over their heads on zip-boards. They were looking at them. "Micheal!" his mom shouted at him. "What are you doing here at night and with her?" "Mom she was telling me Links plans," he answered. "And listen Link is going to kidnap Michelle! He wants to leave this system. And he need her to do that." "How can we her?!" Stevie shouted. "Her brother is a virus. How do you know this isn't a trap?" "You have to believe me!" Polly yelled. "I don't like what my brother's doing any more than you." Before David could respond to her a loud explosion came from the principal office. "Oh no," Polly said to Micheal. "Your sister." At the principal office Link had Michelle by the hair pulling her out of the room. "Let me go you random virus!" she shouted. "My dad is going to delete you when he finds out." Link then grab her arm. And in an instant she was infected. Suddenly something hit him in the head. He turn around and saw Jill. Link would of infected her but he was already drain his energy from infecting Michelle. So the only thing he could do was fight back. Michelle who was infected went straight to the main computer room. She was going to open a portal to the web. But then she thought of something. Why couldn't she open a portal to a system? It was possible but you'll have to have the system's codes to do that. And with her brain she could do anything. So she look for a clean system filled with energy. And then a name of the a system appeared. It was Mainframe. filled with energy. It will be perfect for Link. She then crack into the system's codes. And before anyone could stop her she created a portal to Mainframe in the computer room. Then Link walk in. He smiled as he saw the portal. "Good job," he said. " Let's go." But before they could do anything. David and Lexie walk in. With Polly and Micheal. "Michelle!" David said as he saw his infected daughter. "Link! You won't gey away with this!" "Oh but I have," he said cleverly. "Michelle?" "I set this sytem to shut down and destroy itself. You'll all be deleted!" Link saw Polly. Then he said, "You've done well Polly. Thanks. but I'm afraid you'll have to go down with the system. I've found another little sister that will never betray me!" Then both of them dissappeared into the portal. And the portal vanish inself. "See what mean!" Polly said loudly. "Link doesn't care anybody but himself." "We have to get out of here," Mark said. "If Michelle set this system to crash then there's no way of stopping it." "We have to get to the system they'er going to," Lexie said to David. "And by looks of the computer that's Mainframe." "But how?" Stevie said coldly. "There's no way to go to that system with it's codes." WARNING INCOMING GAME, WARNING INCOMING GAME! "We'll have to game hop," David replied. "It's the only way." "No!" John said. "I can't leave the system. I'm staying." "But you can't," Micheal said. "You have to come too. We can't make it with out you." "I have to stay," John said sadly. "This system is in me. I can't leave." He look at David. "You'll have to understand." "Alright," he said. "We have to go but you can stay. You're a good sprite John." He look at the others. "Go on. I'll catch up." When they were gone David said, "Goodbye John. Prehaps someday we'll meet again." "Good luck David. Take care of everyone." David then left John to crash with the system. His family and friends to find Michelle and Link. A portal open in Los Angles. Out came two infected sprites. They landed on the ground, then look around. Michelle had a small pocket computer with her. She took it out. "This system is Mainframe. It is filled with fresh energy." "Good," Link said. We should go into the system and act causal. You'll be my daughter. Once we have the sprite fooled we'll snatch their energy right out from under them." Now, all we need is transportation. Let's look around and find someone that might help us. As Bob enter the pricipal office with Dot he saw Phong working on a file. "We came as soon as we could," Dot annouced. "So what's the big emergancy?" Phong look at both of them. He had no idea what they were talking about. "Huh?" Then he remember. "Oh yes, come in my children. We have new visitors in Mainframe." "What do you mean?" Dot ask. "There's new sprite here?" "Yes," they must of came from the web. I want you Bob to go to Los Angles to find them and bring them here so we can introduce ourselves." "You want me to go and get them?" Bob said to him. "Sure." "And just in case," Phong added. "Take Matrix. We don't now if they're friendly or not." Bob shrugged and went to get Matrix. Dot stayed with Phong. "I wonder why they came to our system?" she ask. "We'll just have to find out," Phong said. Then he went back to work. Meanwhile, Bob and Matrix was already half way to Los Angles. They were really expecting someone friendly. Little did they know that that someone was an enemy. As they reach Los Angles they saw two sprites walking around. They look like they were lost. "Looks like that's them," Bob pointed them out to Matrix. "We should know if they're friendly or not." "So let's check," Matrix replied as he led his zipboard down towards them. Bob slowly followed. Link spotted them and waved his hand friendly. Michelle didn't follow his move. "Hey!" Link cried as he saw the huge sprite land by him. "You must a citizen of this system." Then he saw Bob. "You must be one too." "That's right," he said. "And I'm Bob, this Matrix. Welcome to Mainframe. We're here to welcome you to this system. We also brought zipboards for you. If you want that is." Link then said in the friendly voice, "That's nice of you. I'm Link and this is my daughter Michelle. We have search system to find a place to stay. A place nice enough for my daughter. Because she's really smart. And most systems never had a sprite that smart." Matrix didn't say anything. Neither did Michelle. "Come to the principal office so you can meet my friends," Bob replied. "This isn't a great place to stay. If you know what I mean." Link agreed. And before they knew it they were at the principal office. Bob introduce everyone. And Phong welcome them with open arms. "Thanks for letting us stay," Link replied. He then knew that this sytem would be perfect for stealing energy. Michelle still didn't say anything. She wasn't into meeting other people. She infected with the virus very bad. Almost as bad as Link. She went over by the computer. And look at it. She really wanted to operate them but she couldn't. Dot saw her. And and she went over by her. "So your father tells me that you're very good at computers." Michelle saw her and something came over her. She then saw a woman that was very nice to her and that loved her very much. Michelle then saw Dot. "Mommy?" she said quietly. Dot look at her. Not very sure what to say. Link heard what she said. But how could Michelle remember her mom? It was impossible. He infected her. |
