Gundam Wing: The Complete Operations DVD Set (Hyb)

Another thing i just had to get - i actually taped the series of TV when it was playing on Cartoon Network, but the picture quality is average at the best of times and the sound quality makes me cringe ( especially when the ending theme is playing...*shudders*) And another reason for getting these DVDs is the fact that they have the original Japanese opening and ending themes, which I adore, as well as loads of extras such a character profiles and image galleries....i think i'm in love lol

Final Fantasy IX Game Soundrack CD: Uematsu's Best Collection

I love this game! really really love it! For those of you who have played it, you'll know what I mean when i say just listening to some of the music can reduce me to tears or make me laugh out loud. And the ending FMV was one of the best I've ever seen, therefore getting the theme tune - Melodies of Life - is very important, right?
For thiose of you who haven't played this game i order u to do so straight away!lol, not really! but even if u haven't played it, the music is great! Very good to chill out to - and if anyone needs music for a gymnastics routine (as i do at regular intervalks) then you're sure to find something u like on this CD!

Corrector Yui 1 Graphic Novel (168 pgs)
I haven't read much of this yet ( just seen the previews on Tokyopop) but it looks pretty good - the art is clean and very shojo, and the story sounds promising. This has been recommended to me by my friend Helena - Hi Bunny! lol - I'll just have to persuade her to lend it to me after she gets it! *hint hint at Helena*

Island Graphic Novel 1 (168 pgs)

My friend Bec accidentally got the 5th volume of this instead of the 1st so this link is 4 her! I wanna find out how the story starts!!!! Maybe this time u'll get the right one! lol I'm sry, only teasing :p
Anyway, the art is very dark and sketchy, almost gothic at times. Very manwha-ish (tho it's usually v.difficult to tell the difference between manga and manwha)Reminds me a little of Rurouni Kenshin (i luv it!!!lol)because of the shonen art style and storyline i.e full page spreads of battle, etc. If u don't like gore and blood, etc don't get this manwha, but i wud certainly recommend it to any collector cos it's v'good - don't read it late at night!!

Paradise Kiss Graphic Novel 3 (192 pgs)

I picked up the first graphic novel randomly at our manga store, cos they didn't have nething i was looking for and i thought this looked quite interesting and it definitely is! V.vvvvvv funny, and tho the art seemed a bit strange at first(Ie Miwako's mouth looks a bit like an O all the time), it is actually of very high quality. Quite sketcky, shojo art, mad hair and not a lot of shading!
My sister Kotorine fell in luv with it and stole it off me ( after preaching about what a crime it was to steal manga series' off other people...^_-'lol) Anyway, it is now (according to her) her series and so this link is for her...enjoy!
(i'll just steal it to read, so she can buy it if she wants, lol)

Planet Ladder Graphic Novel 2
The first book was very confusing until u had read it a few times and figured out who every1 was, but very good, with a load of tongue-in-cheek humour. Definitely promises lots of surprises in the future! So neway, the second book promises to develop on themes delivered in the first graphic novel and answer some of the many many questions the reader will have by this point. The art reminds me a little of CLAMP especially in Cardcaptor Sakura, but the edges are a lot sharper and the battle scenes almost shonen in style. Very hard to define, but nice Why not have a look?
