For millennia, individuals have pondered the ultimate question, "What am I?". This site proposes a possible answer to that question. That answer is drawn from religion, science, and philosophy. Mostly, though, it is simple logic.
CHAPTER 1.0:
1.1 There was no beginning, as there will be no end. THAT WHICH IS always has been present, and always will be. It is neither Form or No-Form, Mind or No-Mind. It escapes all positive description; It is Reality, and nothing else exists. It thinks, "I am THAT. I am.".
1.2 Eons ago, THAT WHICH IS wondered, "How can I experience anything when already I know everything?". And then the answer to the question appeared: "I must forget that I am THAT; and that is possible because I am omnipotent.". By forgetting who It was, THAT would be able to experience everything---the good, the bad, the ugly, and everything in between. And that was the desire of THAT.
1.3 It was obvious that the best way to forget was to take form, over a very long period of time, while retaining no-form, and still being neither Form or No-Form. Again, this is another way of saying It cannot be described.
1.4 Thus have I heard it said, THAT became a small ball of highly concentrated matter-energy suspended in the Void; It was both the ball and the Void. And It was still One thing. This was the beginning of the FORGETTING. |
