  Everybody is trying to do the right thing, doing the best we can with what we've got. But we're all trying too hard, working against ourselves and each other, constantly. Bless our hearts. We get on each other's nerves so much. We are overstimulated, too much coming in. We haven't processed the last overwhelming series of events when the next wave hits us. In desperation the walls go up, armor goes on. Pick up the sword. Stop the invading hoards. Protect ourselves and those we love. Attack! But here's the real solution: Stop, reflect, take the armor off. Create a sacred time for yourself to find peace in the moment. Escape to your true self. The time you are wasting worrying could be moments of letting go, communion, peace, a time for contemplating love, revealing it in yourself to yourself.
