In order to enter these email messages on your FreeAutoBot autoresponder you need to know how to COPY & PASTE (also known as CUT & PASTE). There is no need to retype these messages, because you can copy them with the mouse and then enter (paste) the copied material in the autoresponder. If you already know how to COPY & PASTE, you can skip over these instructions. *********************************************** HOW TO COPY & PASTE To copy some text, "select it" with the mouse. That means click (left click) at the beginning of the text and hold the mouse button down while you drag the mouse to the end of the text. If you reach the end of the visible portion of text, but there is still more text to copy, the page should scroll down automatically until you reach the end of the page or end of the text. The text you have selected will be "highlighted" in a different color (usually black or blue). With the text still "highlighted" go to the "Edit" menu at the top of the screen. Click on "Edit", then click on "Copy" from the drop down menu. Then, go to where you want to put the text and click there. You will be able to enter the text where the cursor is blinking. Go to the "Edit" menu at the top of the screen. Click on "Edit", then click on "Paste" from the drop down menu. Your text will be inserted where you clicked. It will be MUCH EASIER initially if you copy this message from the email sent to you by your sponsor, because you will have few if any formatting changes to make. (2)Go to http://freeautobot.com You will find it easy to follow these directions if you have the freeautobot website open in a second window so you can click back and forth. Or you can PRINT OUT this message. (3)In left column click on "Join Now - Free". (4)"Enter your login name". This name will appear in your autoresponder address (e.g., loginname@freeautobot.com). So use a login name that is related to the nature of the message being sent. If the name you chose is already taken, add a number after it (22,50, etc.) (5)Login to your account. Click on "Message Control". You will see "Message 0 "FreeAutoBot Instant Reply". Click on "Edit". Replace with Message 0. Check the formatiing of the entire message. Leave an ample right edge margin. (6)Click "Update" at bottom of screen. (7)Copy Message 1 with the mouse. Click on "Message Control". Look for "Add New Message After Message" 0. FIRST you must make sure the CORRECT NUMBER is in the box in lower right hand corner. Should be zero. (8)PASTE Message 1 in the message field. (9)Enter 2 in "Send:__ after previous". (10)"Status" should be "Activated" (11)Click "Add Message". (12)(7)Copy Message 2 with the mouse. Click on "Message Control". (13)Add message as you did in steps 7-11. You can find ALL OF THESE TRAINING MESSAGES entered in TWO emailS at the following autoresponder addresses: mailto:allmessages@freeautobot.com Contains Messages 0-8 mailto:allmessages-therest@freeautobot.com Contains the rest of the messages. You may wish to enter all the training mesages into your freeautobot autoresponder at one sitting so send a blank email with only your full NAME in the message to the above addresses. You should be able to click the above addresses as a live hyperlink, but if you copy and paste these addresses into your email program, leave off the "mailto". When you copy and paste from the email message rather than the website - http://maxpages.com/emaildownline - you will have much less adjustments to make with the proper formatting (line length, etc.). Once you have these emails added to your autoresponder you can easily send these messages to dozens, hundreds, or THOUSANDS of downline members. Autoresponders are a great resource to have and master, and they will save you a huge amount of time and effort. Once all messages are entered check to see you have entered the correct "subject line". Check this every day, because sometimes you will not receive the automatic notification that someone has joined your downline. Follow a similar sequence if the new member joins through Money Legs.
