| VOTE FRAUD NOT NEW TO SELECTION 2000 |
As early as 1971 the Miami Beach Reporter questioned how it was possible for election results in the 1970 election to be projected by the media before the votes were counted.
In 1972 the Republican Party funded wiretaps of the Watergate through secret campaign contributions. The "burglars" caught in the Washington D. C.Watergate Hotel headquarters of the Democratic Party included former CIA and FBI agents and former Bay of Pigs participants. (Helping plan Watergate and the protests at the Democrat convention in 1972, but escaping indictment because he lied to the U.S. Senate, was none other than Pat Buchanan, who split the Reform Party for the Rethugicons in 2000 and was paid 12.6 million tax dollars for his part in the coronation of George W. Bush.)
Also in 1972, Sportsystems Corporation, known at the time as Emprise, one of the largest non-public, family owned (Jacobs family) corporations in the world, had been charged and convicted along with six organized crime figures, mostly from Detroit, but including Anthony Giordano, then known as the kingpin of St. Louis drug traffic. The Jacobs family retained a group from the former Kennedy administration Organized Crime Task Force as its legal department and soon were not under the microscope.
Nixon resigned as [p]Resident in 1973 and all the sheeple went back to grazing. In fact, election materials vendors rapidly profitted setting up vote tabulation systems around the nation that only they had any control over. International organized crime had taken over the ballot boxes of the USA. Unless you understand international organized crime, you really do not fully understand what happened in Selection 2000.
By 2001 St. Louis attorney, former Mo. Governor, Attorney General, Auditor, U.S. Senator and murder and more coverup gangster, John Ashcroft, had been crowned U.S. Attorney General and the least intelligent son of former CIA Director, [p]Resident George Bush, Duhhyba Bush, installed as [p]Resident by the U.S. Supreme Court. True the history of the planned coup may trace back much earlier than 1971, however, the cancer that is upon our ballot boxes began mostly then. And unless we remove the root of the cancer we will never have free and fair elections in the United States of America again.

| WAS THERE A REAL AWAKENING IN 2000? |
| Instant runoff voting (which, by the way was originally known as the Hare sytem and was popular 1900-1950 when it fell into disuse as being too complicated), chad tests, proportional representation, paper ballots, MONEY, computer voting, abolish the electoral college, MONEY, protest, petition, write, talk,MONEY, talk, write, protest, organize, Sunday voting, early voting, extended term voting, hand counting, talk, helter skelter, something sometime, BUT will any of that insure free and fair elections are restored? NO-NO-NO it will NOT! Are YOU willing to let the sleeping giant go back to sleep? Only practical, common sense solutions will help. It is time to awaken fully and insist on REAL ELECTION REFORM.
It is time to go beyond the rhetoric, on line babblings and protests to practical solutions. We need class action lawsuit(s) against election tabulation software vendors
and Voter News Service and all who are members of their conspiracy to control the elections. Those need to be brought under both the Voting Rights Act and RICO and demands for Special Grand Jury and Grand Jury investigations of organized crime and vote fraud needs submitted to every U.S. District Court in the USA. And we need to be committed to the practical solutions noted below.

| BACK TO THE BASICS---What WILL help? BEWARE THE PROPAGANDA MACHINE DOES NOT WANT YOU TO BELIEVE IN PRACTICAL, SIMPLE SOLUTIONS FOR VOTE FRAUD PREVENTION. |
1. Regulate all election materials vendors through federal laws and require secure, untamperable systems that are bonded by state election commissions.
2. Declare Voter News Service or any other conglomerate of all news sources illegal.
LET US VOW TO BEGIN TODAY TO GET THIS LEGISLATION INTRODUCED IN CONGRESS AND IN STATE LEGISLATURES.
3. Make violation of election laws in federal elections a federal felony.
4. Make violation of election laws in other elections state felonies.
5. Abolish punch card voting nationwide, beginning within the states.
6. Require better accounting of and paper trail for all ballots.
7. Develop a secure program and require mail in voting for Presidential primaries and general election for President for 2004; with all ballots uniform throughout the USA.
8. Require civics classes to include the election process in all public schools in the USA for grades 2-12 and all political parties to be involved with the schools.

Then they came for the communists, but I was not communist so I did not protest. Next they came for the Jews, but I was not Jewish, so I did not protest. | OTHER PRACTICAL THINGS TO DO |
M. Benjamin of the Green Party, has been quoted as having stated in a speech some wise, simple ideas:
"[T]here are steps that we all need to take to prevent Florida from happening again, should real election reform fail to materialize.
We need to create a paper trail of both our registration and our vote. If you have successfully voted in the last election, do not re-register unless you have to. You should be fine.
If you are registering for the first time, photocopy your registration form, and take it with you to the polls when you vote. If there is any question from the poll worker, show that form, and tell them the date and time in which you submitted it. If there is still a problem, insist on voting anyway and having your vote set aside until your registration can be>verified. That is your right, and you should insist on it.
If you are a minority, or a person of color, avoid going to the polls alone if you can
If you are denied a ballot, refuse to leave until you get one. Again, have a photocopy of your registration with you, valid identification, and whatever other confirmation you have received. If they call the authorities on you, show your registration and tell them you are being denied a ballot.
If you are sent away, or arrested, file a complaint against both the arresting officer and the poll worker. Get their names and identification.
If you are stopped on the way to the polls, make the officer articulate a clear reason why you are being stopped. If this stop prevents you from voting, file a complaint with the department, and make them prove that the stop was justified, and that there was no attempt to disenfranchise. Again, get the officer's name and identification.
Until there is legitimate campaign finance and election reform, we happy few, we band of brothers have much work to do, and cannot afford the luxury of bickering among ourselves. "Lead, follow, or get out the way!" If we want our children to live in a free society, we owe it to them to pick up the rubble of our own apathy." |
