3.Then fly to Indigo Plateu and beat the elite four. After you have beat them talk to EVERYONE in there 50 times BUT TALK TO PROF. OAK LAST AND TALK TO HIM 100 TIMES insted of 50 times.
4. Now fly to every town 50 times

OAK LAST AND TALK TO HIM 100 TIMES insted of 50 times.Now he will say "You are geting very annoying please leave me alone" then he will take your to a place called Articanic City where you can buy master balls for FREE and catch pokemon 993-999 and a lot of others.
