To-Do Report:
When you click Merchant Services or when select Sales To Do from the Merchant Services table of contents, you will see your Sales To Do report. This report lists all orders you have received which require servicing. See Order Servicing for more information on processing orders.
Sales Inquiry:
Select Sales Inquiry from the Merchant Services table of contents to create a custom report of your sales. You can control the date-range of your inquiry and specify which status codes you wish to have included in the report. See Status Codes for a description of each code. |
