You can only have Bulbasaur, Charmander, or Squirtle once! People say there
is a way to get them in the wild. The only way is to cheat using Game Genie
or Game Shark, there is no other way possible. Unless you trade with a friend
that is.
If you have 2 Game Boys you can EXP faster. How? Just trade your Pokémon you
want to Level up more to the other Game Boy and fight a bit. The traded
Pokémon get boosted EXP, a little more than what non-traded ones get.
When starting a game all over, do not trade high level Pokémon to yourself
from your previous game. If you have two versions for yourself, don't try
this because you do not have the Badges to control your high leveled Pokémon.
Do not use the Rare Candy on Pokémon you wish to become strong! Rare Candy
does not boost their Stats well enough than a good regular Level Up.
If you cheated with Game Genie or Game Shark to get MissinNo., it's a big
mistake. MissingNo. was probably an unfinished Pokémon. It is designed to
erase your game, delete your Hall of Fame files, change into other Pokémon,
and cause your Pokédex to be screwed up. People want to know where it is,
but I suggest I don't tell you because of all of these malfunctions in it.
Having 6 Chansies may boost your luck in the Slots! It works for me, but most
of those are Level 56 or Level 60.
When in the Safari Zone, it is good to use Bait first. Otherwise you'd just
throw all the Safari Balls you possibly can. To catch such rare Pokémon as
Scyther and Dratini, simply just keep on throwing the Safari Balls. Pokémon
like Chansey need to be hit with a Rock first, then tossed Bait, and then
caught with the Safari Ball.
If you heard rumors around the Internet about getting Mew, the 151st Pokémon,
without cheating with Game Genie or Game Shark, don't believe it. There was
the rumor that you Surf to the right of the S.S. Anne and there would be a
truck you'd have to use Strength to move. That's a big lie. Don't waste your
time trying it because I have and it doesn't work. Other people have been
e-mailing me about this rumor saying it's true, well I don't believe them
at all. |
